Our central air unit was frozen over and temperatures outside have been in the 90s. Juan somehow fit us into his schedule and even got there early to accommodate us. He was highly respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He showed my husband what he was doing and explained everything to him. I would bet dollars to donuts any other service person would have told us to replace our unit as it is 30 years old, but Juan fixed it and told us they just don't make them like that anymore! We would highly recommend JJB Mechanical!

Juan put in a rather challenging dryer vent system. A flexible dryer vent would not work in our situation and so we needed a metal venting system. Juan responded quickly to our request for quote and was at our home to give an estimate and do the work in just a few days. The quality of his work is excellent and his price was reasonable. In speaking to him, you can tell he is quite knowledgeable and experienced in all types of household mechanical systems (and probably many commercial situations, too)

Juan was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He not only cleaned the dryer hose and vent but he discovered that the internal filter needed cleaning. I had been vacuuming it after each load but that was not enough. He patiently soaped up (Dawn) and rinsed (hot water) the dryer filter until it looked brand new. Great job JJB Mechanical. I plan to use them again in the future.
