Fish Window Cleaning

Great! The company called me to schedule a time, and the team arrived on time on the scheduled date. They did a fantastic job - especially on the north side of the house which was in rather bad shape. The team was nice and professional. A definite great value and I will hire them again!

Excellent job. Worker took her time and was very mindful of areas where siding was loose.

The individual was about 25 minutes late, but called to inform me in advance. They were flexible around my schedule, and did a Saturday appointment. The overall job was fantastic, it looks like a much newer house. Additionally, the value was very high. While only one person showed up to do the work, he stayed for about 6 hours. Not bad for $189. In summary, good service, good job, and great value.

Job was completed with expectations met. Early communications were spotty, cleaner initially showed up two days early, and was then 20 - 25 minutes late the day of the appointment.

We were not home when the work was completed, thus did not interact w/ the crew. That being said, our windows sparkle! Very happy w/ the job.

Beth was the technician. She was very thorough and did a beautiful job. She made note of a couple small problems she noticec on the house whike she was cleaning. I was very appreciative of her diligence.

They did a good job. The price was fine.

They were punctual and they were expeditious. I never realized how dirty the windows were until they cleaned them. Courteous, polite and professional.

The service was not scheduled on the dates I preferred when I purchased it through Angie's list, but I was informed in advance so that's ok. My questions were answered quickly through emails. An invoice was left in the mailbox since no one was home on the day (paid through Angie's list), no comment or any word on it. I suppose it means the job was done right, although I couldn't tell for sure without climbing up to check.

They did a fine job. Someone came a few days early to count our windows. I agreed to pay extra because I had more than 30 windows. There was some confusion over the bill, but it was only a minor issue.

Windows were cleaned but I saw many streaks and dirty spots after the young men left. They were also supposed to clean the sills, which were not done. Not very happy

There was a lot of leaves left on the deck after they cleaned the gutters. They did not clean up as good as they could of. We were chasing them. They did not tell us when they were coming. We had to chase them down to get the job done.

They just didn't do a really thorough job, I would say.It was alright. It wasn't too outstanding, but it wasn't horrible.

It was okay. They sent people out here that doesn't know much about gutters. They were just a couple of kids. I asked them to take a look at the gutters, if there's anything wrong, separation with the downspout, they let me know. I'm paying a little more sealing some thing up or getting it ready for winter. They looked at e like I caught them with a headlight or something. When they were done, they told me they were going to call, they didn't call. After a couple of days later, I noticed there was separation in my downspout because of some ice forming. That was something that was overlooked and I was hoping got addressed by them. It just didn't happen.

Good quality work and he was in and out quickly. The gutters are draining very well now which is what we were looking for. He also kindly repositioned our screens in the gutters to make sure they were working as needed.

As above, they wanted to know we were happy before they left

All of the windows look great except 2 in the family room. The screens look like they were missed completely. We wrote to the company to explain this and they replied quickly with an apology and explained that the operations manager would contact us to correct. That was November 30, and still haven't heard anything on December 12. All grades would be A's if this was rectified. The gutters also turned out great.

Worker was great. Went well beyond what I expected. The only slight negative was the company did not get back to me when I signed up through Angie's List. I had to call to make the appointment. But then they were very accommodating.

Prompt and responsive but confusion with what was included on estimate meant actual bill was double what I expected. They did inform me of this before work was done. Disappointed that inside sills were dirty.

The service provider did an excellent job and performed the job in a professional manner. Beth was very personable and willing to answer any questions I had.

There is one section that is difficult to get to and the technician was extremely careful about it.
