 + -1 moreShoddy work. The gutters I can see from second floor windows are still clogged with debris. Second floor gutter not cleaned either, it overflows the sides almost immediately when it starts raining.

 + 1 moreThey never provided estimates for doing any of the requested work. They declined to do any work after I sent them several gentle e-mail reminders over multiple weeks. They cited unspecified safety concerns for their decision to decline the work. They claimed the delay in answering the reminders was that they had the wrong email address, but, of course, they seemed to be able to send me some e-mails just fine when I originally paid for the service. No other service provider has ever refused to do work on my property including other gutter cleaning businesses Last email was from Andrew Yates, General Manager. When asked to provide more specific details of their concerns, they just stopped answering my inquiries. Maybe I was the one unlucky customer. I can't comment on the work they do, since they did no work for me. I finally requested a refund from Angie's List. That part seemed to go smoothly,

 + -1 moreMy vinyl sided house was filthy. I was looking for an offer and saw one from Fish last May and bought it. Zach showed up at 9:20 (a B for punctuality as he was supposed to be there by 9) and did an excellent job. The house looks clean again. The other B I gave was for the price. There were other offers later for less however, I doubt the other companies would surpass the results I got from Fish. If I could give higher than an A I would.

The price was well within my budget, even cheaper than I expected. When finished, my windows were crystal clear with no mess. Excellent professionals.

 + -1 moreSee above We like using Angie List deals to evaluate businesses to see how there customer service is. We have hired multiple other contractors through Angie's List to have other work done at our house without the hassle we have experienced with this contractor.
Description of Work: Purchased Angie's list deal to evaluate how well this company performed. Looking for new company to clean windows of house. Purchased deal back in March and requested windows be cleaned in May and gave multiple dates. Also sent email explaining I needed a combo of interior and exterior windows cleaned and wanted to do Angie's list deal only not full window cleaning. Email response stated would receive estimate withing two weeks. Estimate finally arrived 6 weeks later and quote for entire house window cleaning. Called office and reiterated only wanted deal performed and was told manager would have to contact me. After almost a week received message from manager to call. After multiple phone tag calls finally started emailing manager so I had written record of correspondence. I believe it took around 2 weeks to finally get agreement that only certain windows would be cleaned and scheduled to be cleaned before end of this month. As mentioned previously I was looking for a new service and will continue to look after dealing with this company. I requested in both writing and in conversation the same window cleaning request multiple times- the company wanted to sell me the whole house window cleaning package and did not hear or listen to my request. My spouse was fed up with the company and was willing to forget the whole thing since it was taking so long and was getting frustrated with the whole experience.
