There was a Buffalo phone number and a Rochester number. I tried the Buffalo number and it did not work, so I called the Rochester. The women was very pleasant and said she would call the Buffalo office and have them call me. Still waiting !!!

I was not happy with their pricing. The ad said they would do a certain amount of windows for $79. What they did, they counted the top and the bottom of the windows as separate. So, instead of one window, it was top ? 1 & bottom ? 2. I thought that was deceptive. The young men who were to do the actual work were very efficient, worked very well. I did not have any problem with the work they did. They were very good! At the end, they said I still owed them $60 and I had already paid the $79. The young men were very polite and didn't waste time. Their qualiy was very good! I don't think the whole thing took more than an hour. They came when they said they would come. I felt they mislead me about the charge.

From the moment I first called this company, I was treated in a professional manner. The woman I talked to told me the owner would email me an exact amount to do the job. That price was very reasonable so I emailed back I wanted them to do the job and within two days two men were out to the house and did a wonderful job. The front of the house had green mold on it because it doesn't get the sun. The two gentlemen were able to pressure wash all of the mold off the house.

He called ahead and arrived promptly. The job was huge. He used a ladder for high 2 story foyer and living room windows, plus other second level bath and closet windows he had to climb on the roof to reach. He cleaned 68 panes including 4 mirrors, total of 140 surfaces inside and out, including transoms, storm doors, every screen, window track and sill. Even fixed one window that was off track. Considering all that was done it was a good value- the average cost for each surface cleaned was $2.40 and worth every penny. I hIghly recommended Fish Window cleaning if you want the job done right.

They never responded to my messages. I had to cancel the deal due to this reason.

Alex arrived on time and was very pleasant and thorough. Very neat and just went along non stop, and ensured all windows were spotless. They are sparkling clean and I'm very pleased. Would have liked an estimate on the additional charges before service, but I should have pursued that further.

It didn't go!!!! They never even contacted me. I paid $99.00 for the service, and am wondering what happened and if I can get my money back? If they are too busy right now, it would have been OK If they would have just contacted me and set a date for the future. I am wondering if I was scammed by them. Not a good way to do business. Don't understand why I was not contacted by them. Can you please help me? Thank you, Anne

Fish does a great job. I have used them before and they never disappoint. They clean the inside & outside of my windows, tracks, and screens.

It couldn't have gone any more perfect than it did.

Very efficient and friendly workers. They came back the next day to do a window they'd skipped because we forgot to remove the screen. It was of the type that had to be removed from inside the house.

Worker was supposed to come with someone else, the other worker had a family emergency so one worker came alone (I can't remember his name although he did give it).He had called to say he was coming late because of this so I had no problem. He showed up worked VERY hard and was done in a reasonable amount of time. I also had my gutters cleaned. I was very happy with the work and how clean he kept my carpet and furniture. I would use this company again and recommend to a friend.

It went well. I don't have to be at home since FISH only did the outside of the windows.

I kind of forgot about this one but as I recall they were on time and performed the services well. To be clear, unlike some other gutter cleaning services I'd used in the past, they didn't just dump the stuff out on the driveway! I don't know if anyone else has had the happen but lets just say that it wasn't good. These were fine and I would use them again.

Second time I have used them ... they do a great job, move fast and are very courteous and professional.

This is the second time we have used this service, and are very happy with both their process and the outcome. I had a visit from an estimator within a couple days of my request, and scheduled for service the same week as acceptance of the estimate. Two profesional considerate technicians arrived and worked quickly. They did a fine job. We will use them again.

What went right: Workers were courteous. Great job cleaning the windows. Flexible to adjust their scope during the job to clean 2 interior french doors. The estimate process was timely and efficient. The work (with two exceptions) was done as scheduled. What didn't go right: The window sills were not cleaned. The gutters were not cleaned at the time originally scheduled. We had to follow up with them to get that work rescheduled. If we wouldn't have called, it may have been completely overlooked even though we paid at the time of service. When we called to reschedule the gutter cleaning, they couldn't commit to a reschedule date. One week after the original work date, the workers arrived unannounced and cleaned the gutters. One storm which was removed was not reinstalled. The Angie's list members discount was not applied. This is the first time we used Fish. We heavily relied on the positive reviews and ratings from Angie's List to make our selection. We are disappointed that we did not have the same experience that many others have had with Fish. Given our experience, we will give another company a try in the fall.

They did a fantastic job! We're going to have them come back every couple of months to keep them clean. He was very friendly too.
