 + -1 moreI called his office on Monday, April 8, 2013 and received a return call the same day. He also stopped by that afternoon to survey what needed to be done. He again called me after his initial visit to discuss estimate. I have never had such a quick response from a very responsible individual. He is to be commended for this immediate attention. I agreed to use his service. I fell that he will live up to my expectations.
Description of Work: The fee above included spring clean up and stump removal. The work has not been done at this time. He will be coming out in about a week to service my lawn.

 + -1 moreI bought a new house and needed someone to mow it. I called and they showed up the next day to mow and continued every week for the rest of the season. Two guys showed up every week so the work was done in no time. Very professional quality work. Did the trimming and edging all around the property. Very pleased with the work.

 + -1 moreWe weren’t happy with their services. They would miss patches in the yard, and always seemed to be in a hurry to get to the next job. We had a dry period and everybody’s lawn wasn’t growing, but they showed up anyway I had to ask them to stop since I was being charged per visit.
Description of Work: We worked with them for one year for lawn service, including mowing.

 + -1 moreI had to find a new lawn mowing contractor so I contacted Fields of Green Lawncare, based on their Angie's List Ratings. Scott called me with an estimate of about $700 for a full season of cutting and triming and we agreed on the price. He billed me for half of the cost at the beginning of the season and the other half at the end.
Description of Work: Mow and trim the lawn, as needed for May - October 2012.

 + -1 moreI contacted them for an estimate. They returned my call promptly and we arranged an estimate, which I received very quickly. It took us a few weeks to decide who we were going to hire, but since he had good reviews and the estimate was cheaper than others, we went with them. They completed the work less than a week after I called (and Thanksgiving was in there). The only issue was that I didn't realize the original estimate did not include dead-heading the grasses, but he informed us that day and gave us an estimate for that ($75) and we had them do that as well. The yard clean up looks great - better than what a different company did last year. We will definitely hire them next year.

 + -1 moreScott and his crew do weekly mowing and trimming for me on roughly 1/8 acre. They come reliably every week and do a very nice job. On rare occasion there is a "rooster tail" of missed grass but for the most part the work looks very good. During the mid-summer drought this year I occasionally emailed Scott to ask them to skip the mowing that week and he always responded promptly. I am very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I have an very large hedge that extends the length of my property on the northside. I call it the " Monster" just by the height and length of it! I have had many other lawncare services these past six years that have come to trim it and haven't been please with their work. So I decided to reach out to Scott (owner) from Fields of Green Lawncare whom I found through ANGIE'S LIST. He got back to me promptly and came within the next few days to estimate the job. To my surprise he and his crew were here to start the job two days later which made me happy as I was getting sick of seeing this overgrown hedge. My grass hasn't been growing due to the dry spell but the hedge has been growing like no tomorrow. I have to tell you that he and his crew did the best trim job ever. That hedge looks AMAZING!! even some of my neighbors agree. I spoke with Scott afterwards to let him know that I would definitely be calling him in the fall for the final trim before winter. I would highly recommend if you need quality and professional lawn work don't hesitate to give Scott a call.You will not be disappointed.

 + -1 moreMy husband had a pacemaker put in and he fell down right when it was time to mow our grass. So he couldn't walk that well so he had to get someone to mow it because it was getting tall. I call Scott over at the Fields Of Green and went on Angies List and sent an email on a Thursday. He called me back that night and said that they would be over friday. They do a very good job.

Description of Work: General spring cleanup of leaves and debris as well as removing an older swingset that was cemented into the ground and the landscape timbers that seperated it from the remainder of the lawn.

Another company had quoted us $500 for clean up! They arrived on the day and had the yard clean within a couple of hours. Very good thorough service, very little fuss. Description of Work: This is the second year that we have hired them to mow our lawn. We are extremely happy with their work. Our lawn looks much better than when I mowed it myselft.
