Description of Work: I called Fields of Green Lawn care and Landscaping to get an estimate on a total yard clean up for the spring. This was to include pumping out my pond and cleaning out the sludge. A fellow came out, looked at the yard, and said he would email me an estimate. I never received the estimate, so I assumed he was not interested in doing the job.

Description of Work: Spring cleaning of our large front and back and side yards...removed weeds and debris from all flower beds and mulched them, raked and aerated lawns, removed a dead arborvitae tree. Price was significant, but included cost of mulch. |Worked hard and fast. On time. Responded quickly to feedback and requests. |Mulched over a few smaller plants and a vent which I corrected after they left. |I called late in the Spring season and appreciated their prompt service and direct communication about when they could come.

 + 0 moreOn the phone, Scott was a lot friendlier and seemed more eager to do the job than the other service I had called. My instincts were right as he came in fast with his crew, took a serious attitude to the job and didn't seem to judge my seven years of wayward gardening too harshly. He answered my questions well and he and his guys were all friendly and accommodating to my nosy dog while they performed the work. After looking at what they cleaned up on the first Friday, it was easy to invite them to return for landscaping and replanting, and I liked Scott's design instincts. The results are nice--and now we may do the back yard too.
Description of Work: The first week they cleared out seven year's worth of weeds (some of them substantial logs that Scott and his team had to pull out of the ground with his truck), and also trimmed seven year's worth of overgrown trees and a hedge. Then they came back a week later and planted two new trees and 29 shrubs and flowers, with topsoil and trimming.

They cleaned up after they were done, and moved all the debris associated with the job. My house looks 110% better thanks to their effort.
