Sidewalk was started quickly and completed in 1 day. Mark was on site during the process. Crew was very friendly & efficient. Job was completed as requested. Clean up was very good too. Thank you AAA!

Work was completed on time and all the workers were friendly and showed up when they were supposed to. AAA was the best value for the money of all the bids I received.

We hired Mark because he was very confident, and his price was good. We found out that Mark does not do a;ny of the work, but has a big crew doing it all. They may not be as experienced or skilled. Basically, the crew poured and stamped our concrete steps and walk in torrential rain. We believe it affected the work on the steps especially. Although Mark tried to have his crew fix some of our more minor concerns, there was nothing they could do about the steps themselves which look very unprofessional. Bottom step is 6 1/2"; top step is 5". They are not well-formed and are wavy in appearance. The design of the sidewalk is very nice.

Quick response to job inquirey. Have not contracted yet due to delay in project planning. I will contact this month for project review and scheduling

Mark was very willing to work with me and my wife to design the patio to our liking. He made subtle suggestions that really added to the overall positive experience. It was important to lay out all of the expectations of this work - which I felt made the experience that much more positive - no misunderstandings. In fact, Mark was willing to work with us when the job was just about completed for additional touch ups - which I feel is a great 'customer satisfaction' experience.

Job was completed quickly (many hands make light work) at agreed-upon price. Some details accommodated on-the-fly, as there was never a final "blueprint" rendering. Some extra work (tree trim) thrown in gratis. Helpful advice given for future paint/stain/maintenance ideas.

The owner was extremely helpful, met with us twice to plan before the install and made suggestions to the project design which we appreciated and incorporated into the plan. The crew was courteous, hard working and organized. The job was completed when they said it would be, and we knew what to expect up front.

It took a little while to get the written contract (due to holidays and vacations) but once we did, they were there the next day to start the work. I was amazed at how quickly they got things done. It only took a day and a part of a second day to remove our front steps and path, then replace it with new steps and a larger path. The stamped concrete looks fantastic! Mark was great to work with and I'm glad we went with his suggestions. I will definitely be recommending him to others.

They were professional and worked very fast. The job looks great. They cleaned up when job was completed. Mr. Ogden has a great installation crew of men. They are polite, and work fast and clean. Didn't receive my warranty for the fence project and did ask for references which I was told that if I took the job they would be provided but were not. OVERALL. i love the fence and am happy with the work and how it looks!! I would recemend this crew to future customers. Jan S.
