Description of Work: They fixed a clogged sink and slow filling toilet with no problem. After I paid 2 other plumbers hundreds of dollars with no result. Ken was awesome!

Description of Work: Ken is a smart and dedicated HVAC installer. He takes the time to carefully evaluate what you need and then explains exactly why he thinks his proposal is the best way to proceed. He's flexible and willing to work with you to make sure that everyone is happy with the way the job is going. After chatting with several HVAC companies big and small, I'm glad I hired Ken to update my boiler and hot water system.

Description of Work: As with most small businesses, you have to call 20 of them .if you expect to get 5 to call back. That's if your lucky! I called this guy because he is approx. 10 minutes travel away. I guess he figured he wasn't going to make enough $ for his effort, and didn't even reply.

Description of Work: The first time I called"the mailbox was full and cannot accept messages" Called again four days ago and left a message. To date I have not received a response. This is no way to run a business.

Description of Work: He fixed a leak, unclogged a drain. I am now pricing a new estimate with him. Very professional.

Description of Work: Professional and knowledgeable aren't enough to describe the quality of Ken Msssa's work. This was the second job he has done for us (the first was much larger $2,200) and he is set to work for us again in the spring of 2015. His work is done to the level of almost fine art. Not a speck out of place and everything worked correctly the first time.

Description of Work: Unclogged pipe

Description of Work: Ken looked at my AC when it wasn't working and gave me two options, replace the condenser or try to fix it where it was leaking. He did this at no cost whereas another AC guy had charged me for this service. I decided to try to repair it. We arranged a time to do this and Ken showed up on time and spent at least half a day working on it and fixed it. Unfortunately another, unrelated problem occurred that evening. I again called him and he responded immediately. The next day was the 4th of July and he was at my house first thing in the morning to take care of that problem as well. The cost was exactly what he quoted. I would give him the highest rating as he was reliable, friendly, efficient, professional and went above and beyond by helping me on a holiday. I was so grateful! He's tops in my book!

Description of Work: Removed and installed new sump pump in laundry area. Replaced and refigued leaking PVC piping. Removed and installed new dryer vent hose. This was not an easy task as it was located in an area not easily accessable. Ken was detailed oriented and reexamined all work making sure all was secure operated properly..

Description of Work: I RECENTLY REMODELED A BATHROOM. KEN PUT IN THE SHOWER FIXTURES AND GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS ABOUT UPGRADING MY KITCHEN SINK FAUCET.

Description of Work: Ken walked into the house on time. He listened to my problem of not enough hot water in my tub or shower to give me more than a tepid shower.or bath. My system is heated through coils. He drew pictures with explanations and then proceeded to the basement. I had been quoted prices of $950 for cleaning or replacing the system. This was the least good of the possibilities. The best possibility was replacing the system with a 50 gal electric hot water system for $1400. Ken had a much better idea. He moved a valve from a vertical position to about a 45 degree angle or smaller. He checked the heat of the tub water a few times until the right amt. of heat and the valve were in cinque. He gave me a little advice on dealing with the hot and cold water . Some people have referred to this as a band-aid. I refer to this as the best showers I have had in the last couple of weeks and at the best price.
