I think the owner knows what he is doing and has high ethics but staff does not comply with what is on their commitment. After 10 cleanings my house was not clean. Owner offered to make it right for that cleaning but the problem is training. Nice people. They need training and supervision

Have always called when needing to |reschedule the appt time, and have never no showed or cancelled. Seem very thorough and work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: They did an overall spring cleaning. The major stuff was well done, but a lot of the details... window sills, shower doors, etc, were left undone. I guess I would call them again.

Description of Work: There were two guys - the business owners son and assistant who vacuumed they screens. The son washed the windows. The quality was excellent and efficient - highly recommended.

Description of Work: Wow!! The down to earth team was wonderful. Not the cheapest cleaning service out there but by far the best! Team members were professional, polite, a pleasure to have in our home for 3 days (it was a BIG job). I would highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: Washed inside and outside windows (18), 2 sliders, 4 skylights and outside shop windows (8). The two men worked efficiently, Not all windows were "streak free" but they handled some difficult windows that had filming from aluminum screens. Brought their own equipment and accidently left a ladder behind! Very personable. Worked h****** a very hot day in September.

Description of Work: I would give them an A. Outstanding service on a Sunday. They conquered a resilient wine stain with great resourcefulness and were incredibly professional and nice. Fantastic service. And on a Sunday afternoon!

Description of Work: I have had my house cleaned every two weeks for the last ten years. I have used Merry Maids, Space Maids and private cleaning people over the course of the ten years. I have never had anyone clean my house like Ed and family. They came two weeks ago to do the initial cleaning and did a fantastic job. At one point Ed was up on a ladder cleaning the glass on the ceiling fan and the tops of picture frames Every piece of furniture was moved, every rug was rolled up and vacuumed under and over. Light fixtures, window sills, baseboards... I can't say enough about how much was done. Today Ed and his daughter came for my second cleaning and I am so happy. They are a family business and truly care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you Ed and family!!! See you in two weeks!

I contacted the company .They promptly got back to me .After an initial assessment, I arranged for an initial cleaning of $150.,which was done in a very satisfactory manner. Since then i have had them in on a monthly basis @ $110 a visit. I am pleased with the work they have & recommended them to a co-worker.

Description of Work: They were very friendly, reasonable and even picked up the carpet. They gave me advice about an upholstered piece and I was able to clean it myself. They cleaned pet urine stains from an area rug that I had tried to clean myself. They cleaned it twice and only charged me once.

Description of Work: I was very disappointed with this company's lack of professionalism. I've been looking for a service to clean my parent's home. After an initial conversation with the gentlemen owner I passed him on to my parents to discuss their needs further. He was supposed to show up for a visit to give an estimate, but canceled at the last minute claiming illness, which is fine. But he barely apologized and never tried to reschedule. After such positive reviews this was very disappointing.

Description of Work: Asked for regular house cleaning, ie dust, vac , mop. Got just minimal on all three. Kitchen floor not even touched. Both workers were not presentably dressed and one spent most of time on smoke break. Dusting was non existent. Previous experience with this company was good. Seems they changed owners or something. Would not use again.
