Description of Work: Painted house and power washed pool area.

Description of Work: J&S painted the outside of the house. They power washed, sanded, primed and applied 2 coats of paint and caulked. The other quote we got would only provide 1 coat of paint vs.2. Only the soffits, trim and windows were painted. House is 3 stories high with wide soffits. Shaki, one of the owners was very professional, always accessible, on time and handled any problems. However,the painters were not as experienced or neat as you would expect. They had to be continually supervised to be sure they painted all sections and cleaned up properly, in particular clearing all the chips of paint left from sanding off all sections of the roof. Had to have them return after the job was completed to touch up a few spots and remove paint from windows. There were also paint drippings left on the roof shingles on each side of the house which we didn't notice until recently. This was something the owner specifically emphasized would not happen. Despite comments,in the end,the paint job looks good.

Description of Work: Painted outside of house, sanded all services, replaced rotted wood.

Description of Work: Repainted exterior. Painter showed up on time, as promised. Careful with his work, responsive to concerns we expressed. They were not the lowest bid we got, but we chose them because the person who initially came out to give us an estimate was knowledgeable and had plausible explanations for each step of the process that he proposed. Job was done in about 6 days, less than they had estimated. would definitely recommend them. |
