tim and his crew did a beutifull job reconstructing my front and back yard, including new flagstone walkway, belgian block, stone retaining walls in the front and back yards and re-grading of the property. Stonegate rebuilt the stone wall on my driveway and installed a new blacktop driveway and a new caimbridge paver patio. After the landscapers finnished laying the sod and planting all the flowers I know have my own little oasis. Tim also installed new drainage and watrerproofed my foundation. and when it used to rain my basement flooded with water In addition stonegate also refered me to a great carpenter who did a phenominal job re building my front porch

This experience may tell you something about their reliability.

The job went extremely well. Not only did Tim and his team do great work, they were neat, respectable and flexible. Tim is easy to work with and very responsive when we called with questions. He showed up many times at our job site to ensure the work was on track. We are considering re-doing our brick path in the future and would definitely hire StoneGate to do the work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! He made appointments for the estimate and never showed and never called. Afterwards, he rescheduled and when he finally showed up he brought his UNLEASHED doberman pinscher onto our property without asking. The dog chased the cat into the street. Anyone that displays such a lack of judgment, should not be allowed to do work on your house.

Stonegate Contruction was recommended to us by a friend who knows we have an eye for detail. We couldn't be happier with the work Tim Kelly and his crews have done for us. His estimates have always been very fair for the amount of work necessary, his crews came when he said they would, the work was done with care and the members of his crew were respectful of our property. Matching new concrete stucco to existing stucco that is roughly 80 years old requires masons with true craftsmanship and the quality of Stonegate's work has resulted in compliments from family, friends and neighbors alike. We plan on hiring Stonegate this year to do some patio work and perhaps even a build a small retaining wall. I recommend this company most highly and only hope that by submitting this report we will still be able to get a slot when the time comes.

The experience was horrible. A job which should have taken two to three weeks took four months. I never knew when and if the workers would be showing up. They left garbage from their lunch and urinated outside. Checks had to be made payable to cash.

STONEGATE MASONS ARE EXCELLENT. THE SAME CREW HAS COME TO OUR HOME TO PERFORM A VARIETY OF JOBS OVER THE LAST TWO YEARS. MR. KELLY'S CREW ARE RELIABLE, COURTEOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. BASED ON OUR EXPERIENCE, WE ARE CURRENTLY USING STONEGATE FOR ANOTHER RENOVATION. STONEGATE HAS EXCELLENT MASONS AND BUILDERS.
