Responded right away. Made an appointment for the next day Technician showed up and said the remote receiver was bad and removed it. Light and fan worked for one day. Next day stopped working again. I contacted them again and got a terse message saying “ you need a new ceiling fan” and refused to come back. My son looked at it and tightened the wire nuts and it’s worked fine after that. So I wasted $100

Came out for a look at the job, and to discuss. Ghosted me afterwards, refusing to respond to attempts to contact. I would understand if not interested, but would have appreciated a response indicating so instead of silence.
Description of Work: Multi room job of lighting and ceiling fan installations, with new runs of wiring, finishing roughed in wiring connections. Open wall and attic access. Total work in excess of $5,000 ( other vendor quote ).
