Angelo gave me a fair estimate. Showed up on time. Explained everything to me. Did the service. Fixed the problem. Charged me the estimate given. Cleaned up. I could not have asked for more. Very professional. I would definitely use his services again.

They were punctual to the very minute ( they even called me to let me know they were on their way). Once they got here they immediately got to work. They were thoroughly professional and courteous. I have no complaints, and I will definitely use Preferred Choice Cleaning again.

We were very impressed with this service. The work done included cleaning twenty-nine windows inside and out, power washing the house, patio and storage shed, and cleaning all drapes. The invoice was within the original estimate, although some small additional services were provided at no charge, The team arrived right on time and Angelo was on the spot throughout. They took particular care with drop cloths and shoe cover, and created no mess whatsoever. The work took about five hours, and we were extremely satisfied with the results ? good value, careful work, and a polite and cheerful service.

the house we bought was left in a far from clean condition and the two gentleman who showed were very professional, nice and thorough. Angelo even did a follow up phone call to make sure we were happy with everything.

I called Angelo after reading the great reviews about his professionalism. He returned my call within minutes.. I said I needed him to come on a Monday, and that wasn't a problem at all. He told me he had a morning job today, but would be here between 11-1.. As it turned out he was running early. He called to make sure it was ok he arrive early. He showed up and did the work himself with a very nice professional worker. They put booties on their feet not to get my floors dirty. My windows look like glass!!! Clean as could be! My house and gutters look brand new. I couldn't be anymore thrilled with this company. They are now added to my list along with electrician plumber, landscaper.. Etc. I recommend 150 percent!!!! And he likes dogs also!!

When I called a couple of weeks ago, the owner called right back and came within a day to give me an estimate. I asked to have the brick walkway power washed, besides all the other things I wanted done. He said that it didn't look that bad, and that when he came to do the work he would test one brick, and if no major difference was seen, he would not do it and would deduct the price from his estimate. This is exactly what happened. The owner and his assistant checked with me the night before the job, and showed up precisely on time. Both men were true professionals, worked hard and constantly without a break, and were super polite, neat as can be, and very concerned that we were happy with what they were doing. They worked as a well oiled team. No surprises, and I thought the price was quite fair. When we bought the home last year it was a nice darker gray place.. Now it's light gray! Windows are spotless, rugs are clean, and gutters look like new. We live in a senior gated community and our neighbors told us horror stories of cleaning agencies. They obviously never had Angelo and Preferred Choice. Complaints? Two. Number one is that we had a normal stained, blackish concrete porch. Now it literally shines, and my wife doesn't want me to walk on it with shoes so it doesn't get dirty :-) Number two is their name. It shouldn't be Preferred Cleaning, it should be Perfect Cleaning!

We were contacted promptly to schedule the cleaning of the interior and exterior of our windows. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. As Angelo said, "I treat your house as if it was my own." ...and he did! We were appreciative that they even made sure to wear protective "booties" on their shoes to not track any dirt in from the outside. Our windows are sparkling!!! It all went well. Arrived on Time and the project took the amount of time they initially estimated Cost was better than expected. Very professional. Very flexible in terms of being willing and able to make changes according to some last minute requests. Brought all their own tools and cleaning supplies including a professional, truck mounted carpet shampooing system.

This is the second time I used Preferred Choice Cleaning Services to clean the carpets in my house. Just like the last time Angelo was professional, friendly and prompt. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned 2 small throw carpets I had near the front and side doors. The rugs looked brand new when they were done & the house smelled wonderful!
