I've been in contract with them for 8 years and they just recently raised their rate. My son was using it to store his camping equipment so he would not need to bring all his equipment back to Stanton Island. When I saw the rate was raising I asked if he still needs the storage locker since he rarely camps anymore. When I tried to open it up the key would not work since it was so rusted. I had their handyman come to open the unit for me but he said that I was not able to open the unit because it was not in my name. I went to speak with the owner of the storage business and she said I needed a noterized letter from my son to open the locker even though my name is on the contract and I have been the one paying for it for 8 years. I was there on January 28th to clean out the locker. Now she wants to charge me for 2 more months even though I was there in time to clear it out. I then contacted the Attorney Generals' office. The Attorney General's office then contacted her and she lied and said that she never denied me access. I would never do business with them again.
Description of Work: I had a storage locker with them for 8 years.
