Description of Work: We had our floor done about years back. Had a little problem and Palermo was right on it. Would have felt a bit more comfortable if workers all spoke and understood English. Good workers. Knew their stuff. Very pleased to this date with work and quality.

Description of Work: Refinished oak floors. |Floors needed to be done twice due to poor stain penetration and inconsistency. The additional sanding caused the perimeter of the floor near the walls to be visibly higher than the rest of the floor. |The stairs were scraped by hand, so there are very visible gouges in the rounded part of several steps. |The company suggested water based stain, we requested oil base stain. They stated that the oil base stain and the humidity that week caused some of the issues. Using oil base, it required us to move out of the house. They offered to refinish the floors a third time, but couldn't stay out of the house any longer and didn't want the floors anded a 3rd time, so we accepted a discount.

Description of Work: They installed the floors I had purchased from a local flooring store. It was part of my office renovation. My contractor did the windows and other parts of the project. |This was the third project that Palermo did for me. Each project was done professionally which includes efficiency and neatness. I will definitely use them for the rest of the flooring work that I must have done.
