The Certified team was available to come out the next day and quoted me a really reasonable price to clean up the mess, much less than other companies I spoke with. Their technicians kept me well-informed through the whole process and were quick and efficient. The basement looks great and smells even better than it did before the flood. Many thanks to the Certified team for their great work!
Description of Work: During a bad rainstorm, a combined stormwater and sewer line backed up, flooding the basement of my historic home with about 18 inches of water. The smell was carrying up to the house, so I needed to get the basement cleaned quickly.

Everything went well considering the extent of the damage.
Description of Work: I had a baseboard hot water pipe leak in the back room of our house over the Winter while we were in Florida. It caused a great deal of damage. Certified responded to a call from my insurance company and acted very quickly to dry the house, walls and remove the soaked carpeting. They did a very thorough job and kept me informed at all times.
