Do not use this company!! The installers are on drugs! Left all these pills in my bathroom, Xanax Bar, oxycodone and alprazolam. The guy could barely stand, slurred speech and that was not his name that’s on the pill bottle. I called the owner who didn’t care and let him go work another install right after mine.

When you contacted us regarding a concern with an installer the day of the job, an owner immediately went to your home and the installer was sent home. He did not report to another job after. We spoke with you at that time to ensure everything else with the installation was correct and apologized for his actions. The installer in your review no longer completes any jobs for us, nor is employed by us, as this occurred 3 years ago. Upon reading your review today (4/18/24), we contacted you to see if there was an issue with your carpet that we could assist with, however, you did not wish to speak with us. As a small business, we strive to provide excellent customer service. We addressed this issue and installer as soon as you contacted us on May 11, 2021 and ensured everything else was correct with your installation. If you are experiencing any issues with your carpet, please contact us."

We gave Paynes Carpet Outlet on Military Rd. Niagara Falls ny a 9x12 carpet to clean. While we were unrolling it we had to vacuum it as we went because of all the rug yarns from other rugs on the our rug. The carpet is more stained than when we left it with them. We will NOT use them again and do not recommend them for carpet cleaning. We now have to buy a new rug since ours is ruined by Payne’s Carpet Outlet.

"We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your area rug after cleaning. You called us after we had cleaned the rug once and we informed you that it was very stained and you acknowledged how bad it was. We let you know that we were going to clean it a second time to try and remove the stains further. Additionally, the rug was vacuumed before being returned, however it is possible that small fibers got on it. We take pride in all the work that we do and strive to provide the best service. We apologize if these set-in stains were not able to be fully removed."

I recently had a sheet vinyl floor installed by Payne's. I paid the extra $600 to have them do the tear out and prep work of the sub floor. My floor never squeaked a bit prior to the install, Bill Sr admits this is true. It squeaks like crazy now. I have been put off for quite some time now, listening to one excuse after another as well as ridiculous reasons why this is not their fault. When I asked Bill Jr to explain to me why my floor is squeaking he got frustrated, called me an a#@hole and said "see you in court". They refuse to tear it up and fix it. They offer no solutions and no compensation. To add insult to injury I damaged the flooring just by pushing my dishwasher into place. I will be filing with the BBB soon and spreading the word everywhere possible to not patronize this business.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Payne Carpet. We had them do three rooms for us. We dictated the schedule due to our availability. They took care of the disposal of all of the old flooring. They kept the place neat and tidy while doing the work.

I had a wonderful experience with Payne Carpet. They took time to clean up when they were done putting the carpet in. The price estimate was the same as what I paid.
