Do not use this company!! The installers are on drugs! Left all these pills in my bathroom, Xanax Bar, oxycodone and alprazolam. The guy could barely stand, slurred speech and that was not his name that’s on the pill bottle. I called the owner who didn’t care and let him go work another install right after mine.

We gave Paynes Carpet Outlet on Military Rd. Niagara Falls ny a 9x12 carpet to clean. While we were unrolling it we had to vacuum it as we went because of all the rug yarns from other rugs on the our rug. The carpet is more stained than when we left it with them. We will NOT use them again and do not recommend them for carpet cleaning. We now have to buy a new rug since ours is ruined by Payne’s Carpet Outlet.

I recently had a sheet vinyl floor installed by Payne's. I paid the extra $600 to have them do the tear out and prep work of the sub floor. My floor never squeaked a bit prior to the install, Bill Sr admits this is true. It squeaks like crazy now. I have been put off for quite some time now, listening to one excuse after another as well as ridiculous reasons why this is not their fault. When I asked Bill Jr to explain to me why my floor is squeaking he got frustrated, called me an a#@hole and said "see you in court". They refuse to tear it up and fix it. They offer no solutions and no compensation. To add insult to injury I damaged the flooring just by pushing my dishwasher into place. I will be filing with the BBB soon and spreading the word everywhere possible to not patronize this business.

It went great! I had no problems and they are a good business.

the process was streamlined to a science They were friendly with my child and my dog which is important when strangers are in your home. All members of both crews were clean cut and task oriented. I was comfortable having them in my home.

We had carpeting installed in one downstairs room and also in the entire second floor including the stairs. They were very prompt and courteous both in the store and while here measuring. I needed a lot of floor covered so I was looking for good, but fairly inexpensive, carpet. There was never any sales pressure to choose more expensive carpet. The installers came when they said they would and did an excellent job installing all the carpet. They even split the install up into two days to help us out due to moving in. After installing the carpet (which looks great-can't even see the seams!) they cleaned everything up and left the place looking clean and neat.

We went to Paynes because my husband has used them in the past and we were in the market for new laminate flooring. We saw a coupon in a local paper that would take an additional 100.00 off the price and they were clearing out some Shaw laminate flooring. We went to Paynes and told them that we have five children and two dogs and needed something durable. They were nice enough to let us take sample floors home so we could decide what we liked and then we set up an appointment so that our floors could be measured. The price was so good we decided to do almost our entire downstairs. In April, they came and installed our new laminate floor/moulding and it looked terrific! We loved the color and it made our house look brand new. Within a week, we had a crack in one of the boards so I called and they came out and said the piece had been cut wrong and they replaced it with no problem. About a month later, I noticed another two pieces seemed to be raising and they were very noticeable to me. As great as the floor looked, my eyes went to those two flaws whenever I looked down. I called Paynes and spoke with someone who told me that they would get back to me. I heard nothing. I called back again and spoke with someone else who told me they would pass the message along. Bill Jr. came over to look at my floor and told me that water has gotten under my floor in those two places and that I should bring my dehumidifier out of the basement and into my kitchen to suck the moisture out of the air. He told me to let him know how it works out but I was disgusted with him passing the problem back to us. My husband and I were skeptical but we tried it. It made no difference. It is now winter and we have a wood burning stove that sends out a dry heat that should have easily repaired the problem if wetness got into the floor. I feel that when I went into their store and told them I have five kids and two dogs, it was their job to recommend a floor that would hold up to what our family dishes out. There is no way to avoid getting my floor dirty or occasionally wet but we have had no plumbing problems that would have led to my floor beginning to come up. I am disappointed that my floor looks the way it does and will not recommend them to my friends because I am not a satisfied customer.

The overall experience was excellent. We were able to bring many flooring samples home to preview them in the natural lighting of our home. They were very informative in explaining the various grades of flooring available and the durability of each category. They gave a prompt and accurate estimate and immediately scheduled the installation. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time and immediately got to work. When we determined that the base coving wasn't exactly the color match that we wanted, they readily accommodated us by special ordering new coving. When the new coving arrived, they immediately scheduled an appointment to have it installed. Again, they arrived on schedule and were efficient in the installation of the product. Both times, they were very courteous and professional. They left the worksite neat and clean. This company was easy to deal with and made us feel, that they wanted us to be satisfied with the job. We will definitely be future customers.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Payne Carpet. We had them do three rooms for us. We dictated the schedule due to our availability. They took care of the disposal of all of the old flooring. They kept the place neat and tidy while doing the work.

I had a wonderful experience with Payne Carpet. They took time to clean up when they were done putting the carpet in. The price estimate was the same as what I paid.
