This company is awesome! I called for service after another company cleaned my dryer vent. After the other company cleaned the dryer vent and after we replaced our new dryer with a different dryer, we were still having issues. The other company was scheduled to come back to check but I was really concerned that the tools they use would not be able to get our dryer vent fully cleaned. Therefore, I called Dryer Vent Wizard. I called after business hours but the owner returned my call. Although they were already booked the following day, he actually offered to come out to my home and check out the issue (no fee) even though I arranged the first company to come back. He was so extremely helpful and walked me through all the things that should have been done and he did them as well. The fact that Keith did this without even knowing us shows how much he cares about ensuring folks get the right service. For any future dryer vent work, I will certainly call them and I will be informing all of my friends, family and neighbors of this great company!

I started experiencing some problems with my dryer and upon some research found out it was likely a clogged dryer vent. I called Dryer Vent Wizard of New York Metro after seeing all their great reviews. Keith came out to my house and was extremely nice and honest. He cleared the vent, then explained to me that if this ever happened again it was an easy DIY project because of the way my dryer was setup. He charged me very small. Would highly recommend hiring this company as they are extremely honest and professional!

One of the best decisions ever made on Homeadvisor. That includes all the restaurants I've tried because of Homeadvisor. My husband had a concern regarding a smell in the dryer vent so we initially hired two exterminators who didn't find a solution. Since we smelled it in the vent, we decided to see if cleaning the vents would get rid of the smell. He was able to clean the vents. Thanks Keith!

The crew from Dryer Vent Wizard arrived right on time and even called prior to let us know they were on their way. They explained everything about the vents cleaning process and then got to work. The crew was very professional and took great pains to make sure there was no mess or anything in our house was disturbed. The process took a few hours and the crew was extremely thorough. We noticed a HUGE difference right away. I highly recommend this company!

$59 inspection fee should not be a separate charge if you do the cleaning! Over priced and did not clean up after finishing the job. After this post, I was contacted by Kyle, was happy for his follow up.He agreed to refund $59 since I had the cleaning done.

He came out right away and started cleaning right away. He cleaned the vent and apparatus around and cleaned crawl space and lint, cleaned all of it out in no time, He was phenomenal.

We just purchased and moved into our apt with newly installed new washer/dryer. The dryer was taking over an hour to dry our clothes on maximum settings. The dryer diagnosis (LG dryer) said the vent flow was low, so we called up a Dryer Vent Wizard of NY Metro to come by for an estimate and cleaning. The technician gave us a reasonable price so we went with them. The technician was very courteous and took off his shoes while coming into the house. He was very polite and took great care in his work. He spent about an hour and a half cleaning out my dryer vent, which was very clogged as the previous owner did not do any maintenance on it. Overall very satisfied.
