I was very pleased with the service I received. I called on a Friday and they were able to schedule my service for the next morning. As promised, they called about 20 minutes before their arrival and were at my house well within the promised time frame. The service took a little over 2 hours to perform and they seemed to be very thorough. The technicians explained what they were doing and showed me some video and pictures of the before and after conditions, as promised. Highly recommend.

I had a water-filled, sub-slab, vent for my dryer vent that was not allowing my clothes to dry. The dryer smelled like mildew and would not dry the clothes even though the heating element was working properly. The company went far out of his way on a Saturday to fix our problem with our dryer. My new dryer of 6 months had a terrible smell when I would open the dryer door after the clothes were done drying. Called them and they came out the next day. They cleared out our dryer duct. This was the first time getting our dryer vents cleaned since we moved in. We scheduled an appointment with them over the phone the week prior and they arrived on time ready to go. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't push any extra services that weren't needed. The entire cleaning took approximately 1.5-2 hours for our single family house with 1 unit. They showed us before and after pictures and the difference was eye opening and we were disgusted that we didn't do this sooner. After cleaning up their equipment, staff provided recommendations to keep our vents and ducts clear of debris and how to prevent future issues. We would use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends in the area.
