They were cheerful, fast and thorough. My dryer was stacked in a small space so the vent is hard to get to, but he didn't bat an eye, climbed up on top and made it happen. He also went outside and into the attic to make sure he knew where the vent was going. Based on how much lint he found, I'll be calling him back after a year to clean it out again. So, so pleased at how easy this was. I also like that it's a flat fee for a dryer vent cleaning, so no surprises. A headache off my to do list! Outstanding, professional service!!

The easiest and most painless apartment fix ever. We had some very dirty dryer vents (turns out) and when we had a repairmen come to fix something else on our washer/dryer he told us to get the vents cleaned as well - didn't tell us what company though. Thanks God I found Dryer Vent Wizard of North Jersey. They were able to get me on the schedule within a few days at the time that was convenient for my roommate and me. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes and our dryer is running so much better now. Price was also very reasonable. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Two of the guys from Dryer Vent wizard Of NY Metro came by and cleaned my dryer vent. They called ahead about 30 minutes to let me know they were on the way and got there a few minutes after the appointed time. They started by introducing themselves and then told me what they were going to do to clean the place. They showed me all the equipment they were using and then explained to me how everything worked. They both had very professional demeanors and were easy to talk to. The quality of the work seemed good. They took before and after pictures of my vents and there is certainly a huge difference! They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and inspecting all of the places that they did work to make sure everything was clean and orderly. Overall, very happy with the service!

The two guys that did the work so nice did the job in exactly the time they specified. When they left, all was cleaned up as if they had not even been here. I will definitely be using them again!!

Awesome company in my experience! Used them for the first time recently to clean dryer vent cleaning. Drying time now seems to be cut down to at least about a third the time it was previously taking to dry a load of clothes (which is awesome!). I recommend looking into getting this service done for any homeowners who are experiencing using their dryer and feeling like its just taking way too long to dry clothes.

This was our first time using this company for dryer vent cleaning, and it was a really good experience. They were able to schedule me for a Sunday, which was really helpful, and called us half an hour prior to arrival. Our technicians were awesome! They answered all of our questions and gave us some great information so we better understood everything. They were extremely professional, cleaned up after they were done, and were nice guys. These guys are professional, courteous, and neat. They did a good job cleaning out our dryer vent, and now our dryer works as good as new. At $129, the price is reasonable--cheaper than buying a new dryer. It took probably less than 30 minutes. We also had them replace our flimsy foil connector tube with a metal one. They are very conscientious. In fact, when they are done, they call their boss and he personally asks you if you are satisfied with their work. Of course, they're standing right next to you, which makes it a little awkward, but at least the boss shows he cares.

Outstanding service. They explained everything clearly, pointed out a few things that were needed that I didn't notice. They not only cleaned the vent but have me advice in how to reduce the heat in the laundry room. Took their advice, applied it and it worked. Will call them annually.

Both of the young men of company that serviced our house were really patient and courteous. I had made a mistake in not knowing how many vents we actually had, which made their job longer and harder, and they were rained on, while cleaning out the dryer vent, and still had a positive disposition. They also understood the equipment, keeping things clean protected from the vacuum hose, and were helpful in explaining to me why one of the units needed to be cleaned off. It's nice to have knowledgeable people who work hard, care about the customers and do a good job.

The technician arrived on time and was prompt, efficient, and professional. After he performed the diagnostic inspection he explained his recommendations. The inspection included looking at the dryer, the vent in the attic and climbing up to the roof vent cover. I have had the house for 24 years and was pretty sure that we needed the vent cleaned and I also knew in advance that I wanted the vinyl tube replaced with something fire resistant. Basically, I wanted to prevent a dryer fire. My dryer vent tube was at least 17 feet in length and had a 45 degree turn which I had not known. The vent exits through a steep roof. The results were that air flow before the cleaning was 10.8 mph and after it was cleaned it was 17 mph. For the amount of time he was at my home and the amount of work he did, the charges seemed fair and appropriate. It is very satisfying to know that the dryer is safe and functioning properly.

The senior technician of the company came with two staff members at the appointed time. The staff was excellent. They were very thorough and explained to me (which I loved) exactly what they were doing. I felt very comfortable with them. They also made sure that all the mess was cleaned up and everything was back in place. The entire job lasted about 3.5 hours (and not once did I see the staff stop to use their cell phone). I also must compliment the office staff for working with me to accommodate my schedule.

Our dryer issue was weird since the previous owner jigged the basement washroom fan vent into the dryer vent as a result we had water pouring in the basement washroom. We knew it happened when the dryer was run, but could not figure out how. This company found the problem and resolved it.
