Technician came, did not know how to remove the parts of the copier, did not have proper equipment, did not seem knowledgeable of our type of copier, even though it was given to him one day in advance. Did not repair machine. Charged us for diagnostic fee and gave us two possible solutions to 1. purchase a new automatic feeder or 2. purchase a new copy machine. Left machine with a piece unattached. I ended using another company that was able to resolve my problem on the spot and under $120.00.

Before we called Tier4Techs.com we called a different company, we gave them the make & model numbers like they asked, they said ALL of them needed to be replaced. So we decided to call Tier4Techs.com to repair our technology issues. We gave them our makes & models over the phone. The tech Joe said he had experience on all of them. I heard that song & dance before but I gave him a shot, I'm glad I did. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The tech Joe thoroughly cleaned all the equipment inside & out. He was great while he was testing one he was working on the other one & so on. He had a ESD safe toner vacuum with a micro filter that he used. He even blew out the units with canned air. We paid for the parts that he ordered he came in as soon as the parts arrived & replaced them. Ever piece of office equipment was back in working order. We are so happy with his work he saved us thousands of dollars.
