Great very professional and polite.

roadway moved us before locally and was recommended by a friend that moved an office of 50 employees with them. this move was huge with full packing, we didn't have the time or the will to start pack and label so we asked roadway to do so. the job was well done , everything was scared and barcode including a color code system that they have. it was the smoothest move ever, you can even call it enjoyable move. its an A+++ service and product.

Excellent customer service and very respectful! We were worried for our daughter and grandchild making such a big move on their own and Roadway Moving made the entire trip and move comfortable and without any worries. We couldn't be more pleased.

The movers picked up our stuff on a day it was snowing, and managed to keep everything dry. They packed electronics and pictures into boxes with many pieces of paper and blankets to avoid breakage. Upon delivery, they unpacked the boxes they had packed, and only one item was broken. They compensated us for fixing it. Although they underestimated the amount they would be moving, they honored their quote and the move went smoothly.

These guys are amazing and so professional, beginning with Adrian who gave us the estimate (very competitive to another highly rated moving company on Angie's List) to Aaron and the 5-7 man crew who did the hard work over a three-day period. Their number one goal was to make us happy and they exceeded our expectations -- I highly recommend Roadway!

Everything was smooth. No damage to any items. The price seemed high for as little as we were moving.

Roadway did a fantastic job. Ben came to my place and then to my storage unit ten blocks away and gave a surprisingly accurate estimate of the number of self-packed boxes I would end up with. He gave a guaranteed price and pick-up/ delivery schedule. He was extremely responsive later when I had questions. Another moving company sent a rep to give me an estimate, but unlike Ben this person declined to view my storage unit where I had many boxes, and he refused to guarantee a delivery date. On the day of the move, three Roadway men (headed by Yonas) arrived on time with very clean moving blankets used to protect furniture, which was then shrink wrapped. Large items like mirrors, lamps and art work were treated delicately, boxed by Roadway and labeled as fragile. There were even large notes not to place anything on top of those boxes. All items were bar coded. Because my building's elevators were too small, the Roadway men had to carry my sofa down nine flights of stairs; they didn't even complain. They worked quickly, efficiently and respectfully. The truck was spectacularly clean. Even my building's super was impressed. Everything arrived safely on the guaranteed day and in the guaranteed window of delivery; Yonas started driving from NYC at 4 a.m. to arrive in Virginia between noon and 2 p.m. Once all items were moved into the house, the bar code sensor confirmed that everything had been delivered. Any furniture that had been dismantled was reassembled; they even cleaned up at both the pick-up and delivery points. From the first moment, the Roadway people were complete pros. There are so many moving company horror stories out there (and before this move I had believed all of them) but Roadway made this vey stressful time not a problem at all. They were absolutely terrific. And they told me they're soon expanding to do international moves! Thank you Angie's List reviewers who gave Roadway two thumbs up -- well deserved.

The movers were great - from the people who answer the phone, to the salesperson, to the movers themselves, the team was together, organized, incredibly pleasant and professional, fast, and entirely on time. I could not have been more impressed.

I was extremely satisfied with Roadway's service from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with with helpful & professional. The movers packed my belongings from a 1 bedroom apartment in NY, loaded onto truck, delivered to new apartment in Florida. I was given a 2 week delivery time frame but my delivery came in at the very beginning of that window which was the day after I signed my lease. The driver & crew arrived at the time they arranged with me. They couldn't get the truck into my apartment complex so they had to take the delivery in from the street & still managed to get all my boxes safely inside & my furniture assembled quickly. Roadway made what could have been a very stressful experience as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend this company if someone needs a moving service.

Although my move will not take place until tomorrow, so far so good. Very please with Ruth who estimated my move, not only with her attention to details, but also in response to a panic call from me today for additional help with packing. Ruth is just wonderful and has help reduce my stress level considerably. Please note, this company provided the 2nd highest quote I received, but I am getting my money's worth....... and that is very important to me. I feel safe with the company and other companies that provided much lower quotes had very poor and some very horrible reviews on other sites.

Smooth...on time, no damage, no issues, completed promptly. Jesus, Eric, & JoseLuis were great. Very polite & accommodating.

They showed up right on time. Every item was treated as if they were moving their beloved grandmothers treasures. The crew was friendly and since I was stressing out, told me to sit down and let them do the work. They saved my sanity. A few table legs were damaged, and they fixed them right on the spot. When the packing was done, each item was bar-coded, which made tracking during delivery so very easy. Roadway is one of the more expensive companies, but they are worth EVERY dime.

It went great. From the rep that came to my home to give me my estimate, to the office personnel, when I needed answers to my questions, to the folks who came to do my packing and my move, to the folks who delivered and helped unpack and put together my furniture. All were excellent. All were professional. Only thing that I'd say that could've been done better was that the packers did not label what rooms the boxes came from, except for the person who packed up my kitchen. Everything else was not labelled, so I had no idea what were inside around 35 boxes. Something for Roadway to advise their folks, and something for those looking for movers. Beyond that, everyone was really great. I've unpacked all my boxes, and all has survived in pristine condition. I'm really really really impressed. I'd use them again, for sure!

VERY well. Crew was attentive and courteous. Arrived a bit early on move out day and only slightly late on move in day (next day)--with plenty of calls in advance to confirm arrival time. Nothing broken, everything accounted for.

AMAZING!!! i cant say enough about how amazing these guys were. It started with a professional and thorough estimate, and they were able to answer all of my questions to make me comfortable with the cost. On the day of the move, the team of 6 were at my house bright and early, and right away came in and took over. All they would say is, don't worry, we'll take care of it. I had many things that either weren't packed correctly or weren't packed, and they took care of it all. The packing took a lot longer than any of us anticipated, and then we all sat in traffic for hours (going from NY to NJ). The guys arrived at my new house at 8pm, and in the rain. I cant imagine how exhausted they were - but they didn't skip a beat. I didn't have to lift a finger - they brought everything in and put it exactly where i asked - even moving things a few times. They didn't leave my new house until after 1am. They worked so hard, and were so nice about it all. And not a thing was broken from the move! I cant say enough about how wonderful, professional and just hard working they were. I also got follow up calls to make sure that i was happy with the service. I hope i never have to move again, but if i do, i am ONLY calling roadway.

The move went off without a hitch. Aaron and his team arrived ahead of time, and packed everything up very efficiently. They were very professional and courteous. I am planning to use Roadway for future moves.

I cannot say enough about this company. I was very nervous about an interstate move which would include at least 2 months of storage, and was immediately reassured by Joseph. He was very patient and answered my million questions, continually saying my belongings would be safe with his company. Moving day was Saturday, 6/25/16: Joel called around 7:30am to let me know they were on their way and asked how I was doing. I said I was worried, stressed and not completely packed. Joel told me to settle down, that he and his crew would take care of everything and not to worry. He did exactly that! From the walk-through to the expert care he and his crew took with my things, to the packing of the truck, I was totally put at ease. Joel, Julio, Alexis & Jose worked tirelessly from about 9am to 6pm, only taking a 20 minute break for lunch. I was totally thrilled with their service. My things are now in their storage facility while I look for my new home in Florida. I will update my review once my things are delivered, but I am confident that the delivery of my things will be as flawless as the pickup! Thank you SO much Roadway - I have already recommended your company to some of my friends!
