Roadway Moving

After seeing so many reviews and finding them all over social media, my partner and I decided to go with Roadway for our cross-country move from LA to NYC. It was our first time using a professional company and moving this far, so we were nervous. However, Roadway totally exceeded our expectations. Their team was super speedy, friendly, and thoughtful! I’d say we had a medium amount of stuff (we came from an apartment), and both teams were able to load up in LA and unload in NYC in just 2 hours. They even put together our bed, TV, and tables for us (I was surprised by this level of service)! If you’re looking to move and need a moving company, I'd definitely recommend Roadway!!

Roadway is hands down the best moving company I have used! They handled everything with so much care and were able to move some of my complicated furniture so effortlessly and efficiently. I’m never using another moving company again! 10/10 recommend!

Roadway is amazing! They cared for our stuff like we do. They carefully re-taped and wrapped everything so nothing got scratched. They also used a sticker system to keep all of our things accounted for and organized. When they got to our new home to unload, they assembled everything for us and cared about getting our house organized and taken care of before leaving. They were truly such a great moving company and will definitely be using them in the future!

Roadway was an absolute dream to work with for my move. I cannot express enough gratitude to the team for ensuring my move happened so seamlessly, efficiently and smoothly! All of my furniture and delicate pieces were handled with SO much care and they even unboxed and set up pieces at my new home. I will forever only be working with Roadway for all my moves to come. I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Roadway! They moved me from NY to GA, and handled my belongings with great care. Not a single item was damaged or missing, and the worked so quickly. Both the pickup and delivery movers were nice and friendly, too. I would without a doubt use them for future moves.

Had moved twice on the East Coast, and then across the country. Dreaded another move because those 3 experiences were extremely poor. Found Roadway Moving here in LA and I'll only use them going forward. Carlos and his team showed up on time, were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. And they played 80s music, which I like. Nothing broken. Nothing lost. (We moved in the same zip code, fwiw.) We packed the small stuff, they handled the large items. All told, it took about 10 hours and I've already recommended them to local friends.

I cannot thank Roadway enough for making our recent move the most stress-free experience. My biggest concern while moving has always been movers not being careful with our things but let me tell you, these guys went above and BEYOND! With items big and small, up and down multiple flights of stairs, they packed and handled everything with care as if it were their own and not a single thing arrived to our new home broken! We had so much stuff and I cannot believe they accomplished it all in one day. The movers were super efficient and all so polite. I would definitely recommend!

If you’re thinking about booking Roadway, do it. They are incredible. I’ve used them twice for major cross country moves and everything went seamlesss. They are meticulous, intentional, kind, cautious, SPEEDY!! I always appreciate the teams great energy on a day that can be daunting

Just had a 10/10 experience with Roadway Moving. They texted me the day of with their ETA, were on time, and super efficient! I'm definitely using them for my next move.

I had a huge two bedroom loft in Chicago, they sent 3 people total. It took about 4-6 hours to pack up my place. It was an overall great experience the men were nice funny and kind. They wrapped all of my belongings so well I didn’t experience much breaks. I fed them lunch and made sure to tip nicely! About 2 weeks later they matched my belongings with a driver and they arrived to me in my new New York apartment. They unpacked everything in about 3 hours. I was on a call for work but they still were able to direct everything well without me. I did not have to lift much of a finger besides helping to take some paintings down. The men were super kind and everything arrived perfect! Would use again. The team I worked with throughout the process were SUPER communicative whenever I needed them. Very pleasant costumer service experience.

Absolutely the best moving experience I’ve had in my 7 years of living in NYC. I had to move right after having major surgery and Roadway made it possible. They packed me up quickly, with great care and organization. The movers themselves were also so nice. I didn’t lift a finger. I’ll never use another moving service again!

Roadway Moving is the best!! My entire apartment was packed up within an hour and a half. The entire team was on time and fast. They assembled all of my furniture in my new apartment, which was so helpful. Outside of unpacking my boxes, my new place was setup! Moving is typically a pain, but the whole process was seamless

My first time using professional movers was with Roadway Moving, and I'm so glad I used them. They were super communicative throughout the entire process, from the minute I inquired about a quote up until when they showed up at my doorstep (they were right on time for my move - I was shocked). I had the most relaxing and seamless move. I didn't know what to do with myself because they were so fast and efficient. They'll even take down and pack up your framed things so you don't need to bother with that yourself. Their wardrobe boxes are also game changing - they made packing and unpacking my clothes a breeze. The movers were great too - very friendly and capable, and I would definitely use them for another move!

The most stress-free move I have ever had. After moving 8 times, this was my first time with ROADWAY. Not only did they take the best care of me, but also of my belongings. They expertly removed and remounted my TVs and packed each item with care. They were so positive and did it all with a smile, even carrying a 300-pound coffee table down three flights of stairs. I cannot thank the ROADWAY team enough.
