Roadway Moving

I used Roadway for my move from NY to LA, and they really took all the stress out of moving from one coast to the other. I can’t imagine moving even a short distance without them in the future. Anyone who has moved knows how quickly you can be overwhelmed by the packing process. No matter how prepared you are, the days leading up to your move leave you increasingly more anxious. From the moment our movers arrived to begin the move out, all of that stress had been taken off my shoulders, and I felt relieved knowing that the “heavy lifting” was being handled - literally and figuratively. I was then able to focus on smaller, more tedious aspects of what was left to pack. I can’t recommend Roadway’s services enough for anyone considering hiring a moving company!

I recently used Roadway for my 3 bedroom apartment move in Los Angeles and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. Carlos and his team were so kind, efficient, and brought the best energy to my home! This was my second time hiring Roadway and I could not recommend mend them enough! Outstandingly Smooth transition! I did a long distance move from West Coast to East Coast and the communication and care they have is impeccable. They made sure I was aware of the next steps that were being taken, the movers were on time and friendly. I felt so comfortable I left for breakfast while they finished packing up my home. Lol that’s how much I trusted them! I had direct contacts if I needed anything or if they were checking in on me with updates. The delivery of my furniture was sooner than I thought out of the time gap they have given. Even the unloading was quick, seamless, and stress-free. I had a hard time deciding which direction and where I wanted my couch but they were so patient and encouraged me to take my time deciding. I got my courtesy call again once the movers were finished and made sure I had everything. Nothing was missing, broken, or damaged. I will be using Roadway Moving company for THE REST OF MY LIFE! I had the pleasure of moving from Uptown to Downtown with Roadway Moving. Their team came first thing in the morning and immediately started packing away my items. They packed all of my kitchen items carefully, including wine bottles and glasses, and used wardrobe boxes to pack all of my clothing. The process was seamless and easy, when we arrived at my second apartment I pointed out where things should go. They rebuilt my furniture and unloaded my wardrobe closets, then I went at it unpacking the rest! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend their services. Besides how careful they were with my items, de-mounting my TV, etc. the team was extremely kind and helpful.

Roadway did an absolutely amazing job with my move from Virginia to New York, they were incredibly professional while figuring out logistics and quick with communication on dates/any questions I had. The actual move-out and move-in days went very smoothly, the movers came on time and were super efficient and careful with wrapping and packing everything up and dropping everything off; they were in and out within 2 hours for both pickup and drop off. I had a fair amount of fragile items in my boxes that were delivered without a scratch, and all of my furniture was dropped off and put exactly where I wanted it in my new place. When I had first gotten a lot of my furniture I remember how much I struggled with getting everything transported so having movers this time around was so so helpful :)

Roadway helped me move from ATL to NYC in 2022 then last week within Manhattan. I used their full packing service this time and saved so much stress. My movers were punctual and so efficient, packed up my entire studio in 3 hours without me having to pack much at all beforehand. I 100% recommend and hope to use Roadway for all my future moves!

We moved with Roadway this weekend on a very rainy Saturday and had such a wonderful experience. You never would have known that it was pouring rain - not a single box, piece of furniture, or floor got wet at all along the way. Enis and Manny + the crew took such amazing care of us. They made sure to double check that we had packed all of our fragile items securely, double wrapped all of our furniture to be positive it all stayed dry and safe, treated our plants just as well as our valuables, and helped us unpack and rebuild when we arrived at our new home. This was our first time using professional movers. Our day start to finish was around 4 hours long. It would have easily taken us 6x that on our own! From box delivery all the way to move in, the team was on time, professional, kind, gentle, and allowed us to fully relax as we navigated our big move. I couldn’t recommend Roadway enough, and would gladly use them again for any and all future moves!

Roadway is the best!! I didn’t have to lift a finger. They packed up my clothes, shoes, books, furniture and outdoor furniture. They took down my bed and put it right back together perfectly. I would highly recommend using them for your move.

Roadway's team helped us move from Manhattan to New Jersey and everything went so well! I've never had such a good moving experience. When you see how they wrap your furniture and belongings, you just stop worrying because they're so careful and professional. They really treated my furniture like their own. After seeing so many reviews and finding them all over social media, my partner and I decided to go with Roadway for our cross-country move from LA to NYC. It was our first time using a professional company and moving this far, so we were nervous. However, Roadway totally exceeded our expectations. Their team was super speedy, friendly, and thoughtful! I’d say we had a medium amount of stuff (we came from an apartment), and both teams were able to load up in LA and unload in NYC in just 2 hours. They even put together our bed, TV, and tables for us (I was surprised by this level of service)! If you’re looking to move and need a moving company, I'd definitely recommend Roadway!!
