I appreciate how very patient they were with me and the changes I needed made. They accommodated me above and beyond what others might have done and they did excellent quality work too. My cabinets are beautifully built, very professional. I made a mistake with the original dimensions and they built me a second one without any complaint or issues. They were a pleasure to work with and were really nice people as well. I'm enjoying my finished cabinets greatly and appreciate knowing the quality of work they are capable of. Used RenovatioNYC to remodel my kitchen. We did a complete remodel except for the floor. The work was top notch and the result is beautiful. Zac and his team make sure that you are completely satisfied with the results and any concerns and issues I had were addressed promptly and courteously. Very easy to deal with this company and you always get a prompt response when you need to contact them. Highly recommend!

Zac and his team did a wonderful job on a very short schedule. We just moved into our condo and wanted to create a space for our cat litter box and cleaning tools. Zac helped us to re-design the entrance closet to accomodate for that. The closet was divided in 2 separate areas. The left side for coats and the right side for brums and cat litter box. Zac came to see the closet the day after I contacted him and provided a quick sketch, material, quote and timeline on the spot. As we were waiting for our baby to arrive shortly Zac went out of his way to get the work done quickly and cut the initial time estimate dramatically (everything was done in less than 1 week!). All the work was completed in 1 day.He sent his crew of 2 people to finalize measurements in the morning; they came back early afternoon with all the materials and the closet was done in the evening. His crew was really nice and accommodating. They were on time, worked fast, answered any questions we had and cleaned up after the work was completed. Zac came to check towards the end of the day to see that everything was done right. We are extremely happy with how the work was done and the closet now works perfectly for our needs. Zac was very professional and responsive during the entire process - not even to mention how sympathetic and understanding he was for our special situation (strict timeline due to baby on the way). I definitely recommend Zac and his team and we will hire him again in the future if we need more updates in our condo

UPDATE - the review I made 12 months ago is definitely no longer applicable, given that 15 months later they have charged me a random amount without any additional contact since the completed job or authorization to access my personal credit card. Advise to potential customers to look up this company and BLIND PRODUCTION up on Yelp. I will never use this company again. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Zac and his team were very efficient. They were on time for each appointment. They valued customer satisfaction, and when there were a couple of things I was not completely happy with they came back the next week to fix things. I would use them again.

Zac was very punctual and always called when he said he would. At the beginning we had a few minor misunderstandings regarding the timeline it would take to do the demolition, but as soon as I explained to Zac what the misunderstanding was, he apologized and fixed the issue immediately. It was refreshing to not argue as I have experienced almost always with contractors and renovations. The guys who did the build and install were great, very respectful and clean. I had a complex design and specific needs to be met with the cabinet I wanted built, Zac and his team delivered exactly what I wanted and took all of my concerns into consideration. Zac always called to check up on the situation and make sure I was happy and satisfied.

Zac and his team did great work for us. They built additional cabinets for my desk and repaired wood flooring in a closet. I then hired them to replace my kitchen flooring. Zac is a pleasure to work with and wanted to make sure I was perfectly satisfied with everything and came by frequently to check on the projects. His foreman Jose is delightful to work with and very skilled. I would definitely use Zac again for other projects and recommend him to others.

Zac and his team just finished installation, so I can't speak to the long-term quality. However, his team members were efficient and very nice, and arrived within the specified window. The quality looks great so far. I think the price was a little high, but I'm not a great negotiator. I needed a little more detail about the process than they gave me at first, but they were able to explain when asked.

Zac and his crew were outstanding reliable on time dedicated to finishing the job and giving the very best and highest quality work. Zac had great ideas and suggestions. Zac also created a fireplace for me from scratch which is masterful wood working piece of art. I highly recommend him for any job and will be using him again.
