The cleaner spent half of the time cleaning the kitchen as a result only kitchen and master bedroom were cleaned leaving the 2nd bathroom, 2nd bedroom, dining and livingroom dirty.

Carmen was fast, thorough, and efficient. She did a great job!

I had multiple sessions with this provider, and scheduling was a bit of a challenge. I don't hold it against the provider for the challenges, but I think it took us about three to four months to get three sessions scheduled. The person handling the scheduling was really responsive and helpful, very communicative, and I appreciated her hard work. I just hit a really rough patch of bad luck with the team, I guess. I don't think where I am (Brooklyn) is really hard to get to, and we are right near the train, but all three sessions, the person doing the work was hours late. I got my cleaning time as agreed, and the work was great, but it really meant losing a significant chunk of time waiting. I did think the quality of cleaning was really thorough and my windows were very sparkly.

Anna was very thorough and professional. Elba was responsive to scheduling requests and throughout the process. Overall a good job.

The first day that my cleaning was scheduled for, the manager called me about a half hour after the cleaning woman was to arrive and said that the woman scheduled to do the cleaning had a family emergency. So we rescheduled for the following Saturday. Later in the day, the woman who was scheduled for the cleaning stopped by. She had been working another job in the neighborhood and explained that the manager had double booked her. I thought it strange that they hadn't coordinated their stories, but we agreed she'd come the next week. Then, the next Friday, I got a text from the manager asking if I wanted my house cleaned the next day. I thought we had already agreed on this but confirmed anyway. Then comes Saturday. The woman who I'd met the previous week called. She wasn't going to be able to make it (i think she was over-booked again), so we agreed again to reschedule. Then, in the afternoon (much later than the time scheduled), another woman shows up for the house cleaning. She was very friendly and did a fine job, but they really need to manage their scheduling better.

I had several different women from Quality clean my apartment. I really wanted it to work out, so I ignored several issues but it finally got to the point where its just not worth it to work with such an unreliable service. The actual cleaning is fine, however there is a serious lack of communication within the company. I would have to contact Elba several times to make an appointment - she never responds the first time. And she doesn't communicate well with her employees - more on that below. We hired the following women: Carmen - she is very efficient and does and adequate job cleaning. After being late a couple times, we realized she was late because Elba was making unreasonable appointments for Carmen (she'd finish a job in Brooklyn at 5:45 and Elba would schedule her to be at my place on the UES at 6.) Once we realized that, I started making appointments directly with Carmen because clearly Elba was setting Carmen up to show up 30-45 minutes late (after that Carmen was prompt.) However, she did have a fair amount of attitude. The last straw with Carmen was when we scheduled an appointment 4-5 days in advance and then she postphoned and then later she bailed on me completely less than 24 hours prior. Josie - We used her once. She is thorough, but extremely slow. Every other maid we've used can clean my place in 2.5-3 hours. Josie requires at least 5. The place is not twice as clean, so I don't see why I should pay twice as much to have Josie do the job (since Quality charges by the hour.) Jennifer - She does a good job, but is always at least 30-45 minutes late. I told myself, I'd just set the appointment for 30 minutes before I really wanted her to come and we'd be fine, right. Wrong. Last Sunday she was a complete no show. After 2 hours I texted Elba to see what happened. Turns out it was a communication problem between her and Elba (surprise!). Apparently Jennifer asked Elba for my address (although she had come 2-3x before) and Elba never responded to her. So Jennifer assumed the job was cancelled. Yet another example where communication at Quality Cleaners completely failed. Frankly I hire a cleaning service to make my life easier. But Quality Cleaners are so unreliable, and unprofessional it ends up being way more effort than it should be. I'll be using a different cleaner from now on.

I had an appointment with Quality Care Cleaning Service on November 6, 2013 for 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM I called and spoke with Elba, because no one showed or called. She was very apologetic and sorry for my inconvience and stated that she had scheduled me for Thursday. She offered to reschedule me at my preferred time. I asked to reschedule on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 10:00 AM again no one showed up or called. Spoke with Elba and she was taken aback and didn't know what to say. She offered to send someone for free, but I was afraid the same thing would happen. I stated that I would get back to her after some thought

I bought the coupon in the middle of a renovation, which took longer than expected. With the expiration date approaching, I called to check to see if I could still use it after that. She couldn't have been nicer about it, and even offered to send me a text message confirming that I could use the coupon after the expiration date so I'd have it in writing. Everything went smoothly as far as scheduling the appointment and the day of, and they did a nice job.

It turned out fine. There was nothing extraordinary. I had some trouble scheduling wit them, eventually they came but they didn't do a remarkable job. They did a OK job. They didn't charge me anything extra. They weren't unprofessional or incomplete but their work wasn't spectacular. She asked what I wanted her to do and she did everything as I asked. I didn't schedule the work with them for several months but that was my fault and when I tried to get through to them there was some miscommunication.

I called and we set something up for Thursday. She said if we come to Queens that there would be a $20 surcharge. She called that morning and said that the person could not come out because of car problems. Mrs Rodriguez was very pleasant.

I had called them for an appointment and they had never responded, I have called them multiple times.

They did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Overall a godd experience. The way it should be.

I bought 2 Big Deals for 8 hours of cleaning in total, which I used with 2 cleaners for 4 hours. First and foremost, the owner, El, is GREAT to deal with - professional, flexible, and responsive. She also followed up promptly and made it very easy to do business with Quality Cleaning again. Both cleaners arrived only a few minutes late, but called ahead to explain they'd had problems with the subway (they were traveling from the Bronx to Prospect Heights Brooklyn, so I TOTALLY understood the delay - and the fact that they called ahead was all I needed.) Both women had TERRIFIC attitudes and did everything I asked with no issues and little direction. I was generally pleased with the quality of the cleaning, though I am a REAL stickler for details, so after they left I found several things that could have been done more thoroughly. BUT, had I given them more direction (which I'll do next time), I know everything would have been perfect. I am in the process of setting them up on a regular cleaning schedule. I've purchased cleaning coupons from Angie's List and Amazon before, and this is absolutely the best experience I've ever had! I strongly recommend them.

They were very good. It was a combination of detailed cleaning and general cleaning; it is a new house that we are moving into and there is a lot of construction so there is a lot of dust. But then there was also a little bit of deep cleaning here and there. They did a good job.

I was very satisfied with the service. The woman who came out provided it probably around the time that I purchased the big deal. She was very good and the price of the service was fine.

I ordered this service for a relative. I was not there to supervise. But I was told that El was very polite and the housecleaner was very polite. The house keeper didn't know how to get to the residence even though she lived in the same borough and the apartment is 2 mins away from the ferry. In an age when google maps is the norm it would be expected to find directions ahead of time. Also, in my experience a housekeeper brings their supplies. When she arrived she had none. So, extra supplies had to be purchased. However, she worked hard. I would say get specifics from them and provide directions.

OUTSTANDING! Lightning fast response and scheduling of cleaning service. Prompt and courteous professional cleaning person came to our apartment and did a phenomenal job! We purchased this service as a "Big Deal". We are going to use them weekly from now on. Unbelievable value for the quality of service and professionalism. Both the owner and the cleaning person "Celina" are a pleasure to deal with. We Highly recommend them!

Although the employee who performed the work did a good job, this company was clearly a bit disorganized and a bit frustrating to deal with. They didn't show up for our appointment the first time, sent an employee to me unscheduled on another occasion, and contacted me once saying they had lost their records and couldn't remember when their next appointment with me was. Employees may be good but dealing with the company was not worth the hassle to me.

The service was excellent. The person was punctual, thorough in cleaning and organized random item with little direction. I would hire again.

Desperately needed housekeeping before guests arrived this weekend. El was able to send someone in a timely manner. Nilda did an amazing job! I did'nt think 4 hours was enough for all the work to be done as there was a lot to clean up, but it turned out much better than expected.

Women came in smelled of cigarette smoke, didn't not seem to really even make an effort at doing a thorough cleaning.
