ACE MOVING & STORAGE

I was recommended by a client from Google for an east coast to west coast move. I was highly disappointed. I received a quote of about $2800 including packing and 425 square ft of things. I would up doing all of the packing myself and got rid of my kitchen table. The movers arrived and told me I actually had 650 square ft of things and my new estimate was $650 square feet. This was a joke because the apartment I was moving out of was 550 square ft. I asked for extra packing on the one piece of furniture I brought my soft leather couch. When my things arrived in LA I had them put them into a storage unit. a 100 square foot storage unit. The movers removed all the packing from my couch and through a ton of boxes and outdoor chairs on top of my soft leather couch. The couch needless to say was completely scratched up and ruined. When I asked them to wrap it back up they said no. I asked for my tip back and the driver said what tip claiming I never gave him one. I called Diane to complain but haven't heard back. I will never use them again and I would not recommend them. I will be letting the person that recommended them know as well.
