I have used this company before with excellent results. Habari (the owner) returned my call promptly and came by for an estimate. I booked an appointment and again had excellent results! Both workmen were pleasant and professional. They took great care in not damaging any of the plants in my garden beds. Everything looks like new! I would recommend them without hesitation and plan to use them again in the future!

Outstanding. The owner was very responsive from the day I contacted him, both by phone and email. He was very prompt with the estimate and his crew showed up on time as per the owners stated plan. The work team was very respectful of items on the property, made sure that I shut all the windows and were careful about ornamental items and landscaping. The job was completed in exactly the amount of time that the owner stated and he came to inspect the job when it was completed. He and his team were courteous and professional. The house looked amazingly white, especially the old gutters, which I had no hope for looking so good. All of the moss and fungus was removed from both roofs , an important point for selling. Despite arranging an appointment, he never called or showed up.

Owner visited house to assess job and give me price. We made appointment to fit my schedule. He phoned ahead on day of service. He arrived first, followed by truck with two workers. I asked if soap being used was biodegradable, and would not harm my shrubs. It was biodegradable. Power washing is done with warm water and soap, provided by his truck. (I provided water only.) Therefore, there was no need for overly aggressive power washing spray, which can damage siding. His method is excellent. Can't tell you enough how impressed I am with the job. House looks brand new! Mold and mildew from siding and white aluminum trim, especially, are gone. Green algae gone. (He did my slate front steps, too.) Gentle Giant provides a wonderful service. Five stars. We had excellent experience with the family owned business. The owner was quick to respond to our request for service and came by to give us an estimate on the work to be done. We have a fairly large white stucco/vinyl siding house on corner busy street that was exposed to many elements including dust and debris. He was very fair with this price and service and immediately able to squeeze us in within the week. Two young gentleman in their cleaning boots, ladder, and power wash truck came to do the job and the house looked great afterwards. They literally took their time scrubbing each window with soap and water and any visible stains on the sidings around the house. They also power washed all the extra debris stuck in our gutters. In the end, our "off colored" house was now white again after they finished the job and our family was very happy with the end result. It looked like the cleanest whitest house on the neighborhood thanks to the Gentle Giant Company! Yes we would hire them again for future power cleaning and recommend them to any of our neighbors and friends.

I was very pleased with the work. Habari, the owner, and his team were very professional. They showed up on time, cleaned up and came back to fix a minor problem promptly.

He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He was punctual, polite, and did a very thorough job. It looked great. I would definitely use him again.

It went off very well. They arrived on time and were very professional. They first power washed the deck and cleaned it. I have a stairway right next to my deck which Habari very kindly offered to power wash as well, with no extra charge. Once the deck was dry ,they stained it. The entire process took about 6 hours. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail.Will definately avail their services in the future.

Not ready to have work done at this time.

We built the porch 10 years ago and it's made of cedar. Had it painted hunter green by a professional and within 5 days the paint started bubbling. The contractor was MIA as he already received payment. Two years later I had it painted again by another professional and explained the bubbling issues. He painted the deck and within hours the paint start bubbling and peeling again. As the contractor did do the work, we agreed on a reduced price and I said I would never paint it again. Well several years have past and my beautiful porch looks horrible with peeling pain all over it, so I found Gentle Giant on Angie's List and had a consultation with him. What he asked me and the facts he told me made sense. All along I always thought it was the wood, but he asked if I used latex paint the first time it was painted, yes we did. Asked if the weather was wet the first time it was painted, I did recall my neighbor coming over when I got home from work stating it rained right after the contractor finished. He then stated that we need to remove all the old paint, sand it down, and then reapply an oil based paint. They did this all for $1000 which is only $200 more than the other contractors billed just to paint it. Well, several weeks have gone by and NO BUBBLES! I'm very confident that we have this resolved. Great company and was great working with the owner and staff. I highly recommend.

Loved everything about these guys and their work. Punctual, responsive --- did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. We have had this type of work done numerous times over 20 plus years in this house, and the results never looked so good before. (These guys have very impressive equipment as well. Not just the Mom and Pop type of power washers from Home Depot you are used to seeing on the job but a central water heater and compressor in a truck running numerous hose lines, and even with multiple crews working various power washing devices the noise did not drive you crazy. I thought I would probably have to go out for the day to get away from the expected racket, but it was totally unnecessary. Our lawn crew makes MUCH more noise than five or six guys powerwashing all over the place.)Their pricing was just about the same as several other estimates, but my wife liked this guy and the way he walked her through what he would do and pointed out some problem areas, and she liked how responsive on the phone, and in person he was to her inquiries. So, we figured we give this company, which we have never used before, a chance. We are very glad we did. Just terrific.

Hibari is amazing. He is professional timely and really knows his buissness. Everythign was done in an organized and efficient fashion. Both the deck and porch look brand new,. The worers were real gentlemen and very helpful!! I highly reccommend this company. They are TOPS!!

Habari was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He returned my message promptly and came out to give me an estimate the next day. I felt he was very upfront and very reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done. HIs crew arrived promptly in the morning and were very polite. The foreman introduced himself to me and was very pleasant telling me to enjoy my day! The work was completed very diligently and Habari came out the final day to check over everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction. They tightened a few screws and touched up a few boards with sealant before leaving. The work area was left cleaned. I would highly recommend Habari and his crew! Thanks for all the great work. Can't wait to enjoy the deck the rest of the summer.

Habari Cleveland and his crews did an excellent job. Habari responded to my phone call message, set up a date and came for an estimate, came back when I wanted to go over it in more detail. We hired him and he was clear about what was involved. The first crew for power washing started promptly when he told me they would. The were thorough, respectful and were eager to make sure I was happy with their work. The second crew stained and fixed our fence and deck, railing and an overhang. It was not an easy job since it was both cedar and trex material. They were careful to protect my trex deck, my bushes and trees through the whole process. Overall they were a very respectful and hard working crew. Habari checked out the work and made sure that we were happy. He inspected everything to make sure all was fine. We were very happy with the project and would definitely use this company again in the future.

Hibari and Gentle Giant were excellent. They are top notch professionals in every aspect. Communication was excellent, the price was competitive, they started when promised, and finished when they said they would. Clean up was spotless. Our gutters look brand new, the vinyl siding is completely restored, and the deck looks amazing despite being over 27 years old. Locval businesses can succeed if they model themselves in service with Gentle Giant. Schedules had to be adjusted due to bad weather but you should expect that with outdoor work. I would highly recommend them and hire them again

Very timely and professional job. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. Two men came to do the job. They listened to all our special concerns (eg the roof, not disturbing the roses, etc.) and proceeded to go ahead with it. After they were done, I asked them to go over the windows again as I had noticed some plant bits on one of the windows, and they quickly complied. We also pointed out some soapy water at the bottom of an exterior stairwell (due to a drain clogged with leaves and errant cigarette butts) and they cleared the drain, and made sure the water went down. Nice guys, professional demeanor, very ready to comply with requests. The house looks very good after the washing.

Overall, satisfied with work performed. Crew arrived on time, and all of them were nice. A word to the wise, however, ask that the crew cover your shrubs and valuable plants whenever chemicals are in use. Our shrubs and plants were bleached, even though we asked if those chemicals would harm them. This made us lower the score for professionalism, since we would expect a professional to warn homeowners about this foreseeable risk.

Habari Cleaveland is very professional....promptly arrived at our first appointment to give an estimate, and completed the project as promised within an 8 day time frame. He kept in touch via email in the interim. We first hired Habari two years prior to power wash house and patio, and PVC fences. We were very happy with his services then, as well as now, and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Habari is a consummate professional. He was very responsive from start to finish, and he communicated with us throughout the job. His estimate was detailed and very thorough - we knew exactly what work was going to be performed. The quality of work was excellent. He even went as far as to replace additional areas that fell outside of the scope of his estimate at no charge to us in order to make sure the deck looked as good as possible. We asked about timing, since we were expecting company later in the week and wanted use of the deck. He coordinated with his team to make sure the job got done within the time frame requested, even with the additional delays caused by the additional work. He and his team did a great job breathing new life into our tired looking deck. I would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommend.

Habari and Steve did an absolutely fabulous job. My house looks fantastic. These men were very knowledgeable and very professional. Made sure my windows were closed . They cleaned up all round the house. Would I recommend them - absolutely!!! This was my first experience with Angie's list and they exceeded my expectation. I was extremely pleased with the entire project. Habari came to my house within a few days of our first contact. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the scope of the project. I have a huge mahogany deck that had not been professionally cleaned in many years, and it was in bad shape. He set up an appointment following week when I requested, and finished the job on time. There were two days of work involved, and he came out to check the progress on both days. Both my deck and the brick work look like new. I have another project for which I will definitely use him this summer and I already gave his name to my neighbor.

They were great. It looked beautiful, it was amazing, and I highly recommend them. It took them 2 days to do the job, my house is about 2200sq feet. They did an amazing job.
