Jack came the same day I called provided me a fair estimate and I hired him on the spot. He came that Monday and had the fence up and allr epairs made. Jack was so helpful to assist me in all me needs to obtain my CO. He was reposive, professional and jst a nice guy! I highly recommend him for any fencing needs.

The owner, Jack, is very hands on. He gave us a fair estimate for a new PVC fence and was available to install the fence before the other companies who gave estimates. After the fence installation, we decided to get a new PVC railing for our deck. Both jobs went well and his crew was great, especially Joelle. I would use Performance Fence again and recommend them to others.

Jack was very professional and punctual. He had to gain access to my side fence by going onto my neighbors yard and was extra careful to not damage my neighbors shrubs and chain link fence. Decorative fence came out great and my side fence is now secured to the poets as it should have been in the first place.

Very well. Jack promptly evaluated the job, kept in touch me with and finished the job in a timely manner and this was after I had two contractors evaluate the job and then they never got back to me.

Jack was very courteous and responded to all my calls and questions ( I had a lot, and they were often asked twice) immediately. The work was done quicker than I expected, only a few days after I asked Jack to start the job. The crew was on time, professional and finished the whole job in one day. My wife and I are very happy with the fences and everything looks great. I would definitely call Jack/Performance Fence again in the future if I need anything else.

Jack did all he said he would and more, including helping us get the required permit, and clearly explaining what was expected of us, while helping us plan our project, and explaining what he and his crew would do. He gave us a price which was more than competitive with his competitors, while providing more services than others offered (2-year labor warranty as opposed to the standard 1-year warranty offered by others, site prep like trimming back existing trees and foliage, obtaining the permit, contacting 811 for utility line markup, etc.,) He was very flexible with scheduling the job, particularly when obtaining the permit took longer than expected. The crew was able to complete the job in one day and worked long and hard that day. Of course unexpected situations arose as they do in all home improvement projects, but Jack helped resolve these to our satisfaction (Note: I do recommend that the homeowner be available and observe the installation, if only to express their preferences when unplanned choices arise and decisions need to be made on the fly). My only wish was that the installation wouldn't have been quite so **** ** the existing landscaping, but Jack did warn that there might be issues with that before the project started. Also, to show Jack's commitment to a quality job, after a few weeks, when the gate wasn't swinging closed quite as well as at first, Jack came immediately to make all the necessary adjustments. Overall we are very happy with the installation.

Jack is the man to hire to place up a fence. He is so cooperative, professional and amazing work ethics. He came in took down my broken fence, and place up a new one the next business day. We had issues where the township came by and stated we couldn't place a 6 foot fence in the front of the house. Jack jumped on getting a permit, communicated with me right away and told me not to worry. Then he had his guys come the next day, cut down the 6 foot fence they put up already and made it 4 foot fence, then 2 days later did the gate. Amazing work, very professional, very reasonable, and listens and takes care of customers. Awesome customer service. Thank you Jack for making it easier for me. Thanks Z

Jack was one of the most responsive contractors I've ever worked with. He was flexible, particularly since I kept deferring the work due to other contractor delays. He was flexible in term of suggestions and options, and the fact that we changed our minds a couple of times till we definitively decided to do cedar. The work was done promptly once we settled on a date. I would use him again / no question

Everything has gone well so far. Fence installation took a day. Jack stopped by for the estimate and the night before to go over the locations, etc. The installer Eddie was a very nice polite guy and a very hard worker. We started using the gates yesterday after the posts settled and all seems to be working fine. Jack is very personable, not out to take your money, honest and fair with his prices, and appears to be a great boss to his workers. I am very happy so far with the service I've received and believe that if there are any issues I can call Performance Fence and they'll fix it right away.

He did a great job and was not looking to do extra work. He came when he said he would . He also employed a man with disabilities which I felt was very admirable. A fair and honest contractor for once.

Great! Everything is all straight and perfectly aligned. Guys even fixed the latch that was originally installed upside down (and I didn't even realize it). Old pole was pulled out, root was removed and a new pole was cemented back in. They didn't even break the caps during the removal of the old pole. Jack (and his workers were wonderful) - highly recommended. They are worth the wait - good communication, honest, reliable, punctual - a blessing in a world when finding quality work for a reasonable price is NOT the norm.

Working with Jack at Performance Fence has been great. We had a lot of fence that needed to be replaced so we worked out a three year plan and just finished the second of the three. Pricing and service has been consistently excellent and I could not recommend Performance fence more.

Very satisfied with the completed job. Work crew arrived at the scheduled time, and were neat and courteous. The fence and the rails were installed perfectly. My whole property looks 100% better. I had met jack a few years back when he installed the railing for my entryway stairs. He came recommended from the contractor so we took a shot and we were extremely happy with the results. When we needed a new fence in the backyard we didn't hesitate to call Jack first. He came right on time as promised and spent a decent amount of time with my Wife and I comparing all the fence types that he sells. The work was completed in the time frame Jack had promised us and his workers took the utmost care with working around our sprinklers and garden. I was happy to recommend Jack to my co-worker and they went with Jack as well and it came out great!
