Steve met us at the store promptly, inspected the electrical output in relationship to what we are installing and provided us with exactly what we needed for LIPA. I found them on Angie's List. They were very professional and they answered calls very promptly. The service call was made in a short time frame.

It seems like the price he gave me didn't include all of the little extra things he went around saying you need this, you need that, I'll adjust this, I'll fix that. His price was reasonable and I was just happy with his excellent, excellent service. I have already recommended him to my old coworkers. We walked around the house and as I pointed things out to him he said, "I'll fix this right now," and he told me he would only charge me for this and he was going to include the equipment. There was a communication error that was mostly my fault and he was apologetic. They were here when they said they would be and they were very professional.

It went absolutely wonderfully. They were professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful. I highly recommend them.

This company is very professional. My "mechanic" was Brian and he was terrific. I was quoted a price of $450.00 and then found a coupon on Angies list for 10% off and the company accepted it no problem.Brian was very meticulous about his work area and made sure the area was as clean if not cleaner than when he arrived. I would not hesitate using this company again they truly deserve a A+ rating

I called three companies when my breaker kept kicking out and I had no electricity.. By the time they responded, I already had another company (as it was somewhat of an emergency which I stated in my telephone message).

They were excellent and were punctual for the job. They were very courteous and polite. They cleaned up the place themselves and did a great job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

The experience went very well. The person who came to our house was very professional and he also pointed out another problem that we had the local power company come and fix. The problem is resolved, so we are quite pleased with the service. I felt the price was a bit high ($175 which was discounted by 10% using their Angie's List coupon), but I don't know electrician prices so maybe it is appropriate. As far as responsiveness goes, I called on a Saturday morning and the owner called me back on Monday morning. But it did say on Angie's list that they did not provide 24x7 service, so I can't really fault them for that. Overall, I recommend them.

They were good, prompt and professional. They were really comprehensive in their explanation and gave me options which were a good thing. The manager or the owner was either there or came back frequently to check the work.

It went fine, I?ve used Steve?s company in the past & they did a good job (That report is in his file) but I?d definitely get an estimate from him next time before proceeding with any work. I was expecting this to come to half of what he charged me.

Bob the owner is very friendly and courteous. I have had no problems with the work. The wires were all tacked up to the ceiling very neatly. It took about 1.5 days to do. I used PVC grey conduit. I think the quality of their work is very good.

It would take several pages to go over all of the details but lets say after months of trying to get this fixed thanks to Steve Negri, the owner of this company & several people who's lines were involved in this mess, I finally got my mast re-attached to my house with minimal damage.

DOUBLE-POLE HAS GOOD, CLEAN AND RELIABLE WORKERS. THEY RETURN YOUR CALL WITHIN TWENTY FOUR HOURS, WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE NOW DAYS! THEY CALL WHEN THEY ARE LATE, OR CAN NOT MAKE IT. THE WORKMEN ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN UP BEAUTIFULLY AFTER THEMSELVES.
