The salesman was very professional and the bedroom set is great, our teenage son loves it, looks very nice and it is comfortable and has a solid construction. We have had now for over 2 years and it is still going strong. We got the mattress for his queen size bed also and that is still holding up very well.

Quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciate the attention the salesperson (Joel) gave us while respecting our space and not harassing us like other places.

pI purchased a tv console which was delivered damaged. When I called customer service I was told it would take 3 weeks before someone could come and check it out. I paid for the extra insurance service and told them I wanted to replace it. Giving Bob's Furniture the benefit of the doubt, I went to the store and saw other items I was interested in. I ordered the items at the store and set up a delivery of the additional items and return and replacement of the original damaged item. After waiting 3 additional weeks, the second delivery arrived damaged as well!! I refused this delivery and spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get a refund for the entire purchase. There was no way I was going to go threw this again. After arguing with 3 people and 1 1/2 hours later they finally agreed to refund my purchase back to the Bob's card I opened to make the purchase. The quality of Bob's furniture is sub-par to say the least and would not consider purchasing from them again.

Salesman was very helpful. After order was written we were able to change some things by calling. They give you a site or phone number to call day before delivery to get delivery window. they actually arrived early ( but called first to confirm that was OK with us). We had some minor issues after they responded promptly and courteously. We highly recommend them to friends and family.

We had a favorable experience with them. There wasn't anything I did not like about them. I like the furniture, and I like the way that the sales people operated. They were professional, but not overly pushy. They seem to be truthful about furniture. In addition, they got good selection.

Bob's Furniture came on time, they told me that they would be here between 8 and 11 and they were here by 7.30 in the morning which was too early. They took the old mattress and they were very fast, efficient and polite. They were fine.
