A 40 minute trip and gas all for nothing. First the guy didn't know what services on Angie's List. I went on by saying I purchased it off Angie"s List and he begin to laugh. Take them off the list they are a scam to get people in their shop to sell them other than what is stated on Angie List.

Clarkstown International Collision did a great job from start to finish. They handled everything including working with the insurance company. All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up. They have a rental car facility (Enterprise) on site so everything was taken care of in one spot. They guarantee all their work. I highly recommend.

From the time I called to inquire about an estimate through picking up my repaired car everything was great. They did the job for a reasonable price and even thoroughly washed my car while performing the repair in just a couple of hours.

Replaced rear alloy type rim & tire. Replaced rocker & floor pillars Refinished front door scratch & painted; Repaired rear door & replaced molding, trim & painted; still minor blemish needs to be looked into and addressed Ms. Mellozzo has guaranteed me that the car has a "Lifetime Limited Warranty", I just bring it in and they'll fix it. Replaced rear bumper with hitch, flex additive, clips, hardware, etc. Original MetLife estimate was low-balled at approx $1700 from a used parts place in Newark NJ. Ms Christina Mellozzo negotiated with MetLife to obtain original Mercedes Benz parts and all the necessary equipment parts and labor,(almost 2X the estimate) to bring Benz back to perfection. Advice to others when getting a rental car do not take the extra insurance for two reasons; 1. your insurance covers you for most incidentals and #2.Clarkstown can touch up any minor scratches. I paid fro full coverage because I didn't know or realize what I'm telling you here. I recommend Clarkstown International Collision 100% for any repairs. No hassle, no haggle just complete service.

i dealt with christina, who was very helpful. the garage door came down on the back of my car and scratched it. since it was a lease, i didn't want to spend hundred of dollars to fix it. she said she could order the paint, which came in the next day. it was a great match. they applied the paint and buffed it out. i think it looks great. when i asked what i owed, she said nothing. even better. they were extremely professional, kind and willing to help me.

Just called them a call to see if I needed an appointment to come in..RIght away, who answered the phone was condescending . Very rude.. Didn't really let me finish my question..OKAY..off the list. Rudeness is just not acceptable.

Clarkstown International Collision are a great company. My experience was excellent. I've used them before and they are a top rate auto repair place. They take care of everything, including the insurance company and obtaining any parts. There's nothing they can improve upon.

We got this shop's name from Angie's List and used the discount coupon. My husband first went to the shop, without an appointment, to get an estimate. They provided it right away and said they'd speak with our insurance company after the company inspector had viewed the car. The shop took the car in as soon as my husband called to say he was ready, they spoke with the insurance company and said all we'd have to pay is our deductible (the $2,000 was full price, but we paid only our deductible). The shop said it might take time to get needed parts but estimated that they'd finish the job in 2 or 3 days, which they did. The car repair looks great, and so does the inside of the car which they were nice enough to vacuum and clean free of charge. We were very pleased with the helpfulness of the shop's staff and with the work.

The care was bought in, there was some confusion as to if the insurance adjuster had to go see the car. It was taken care of and the car was repaired perfectly.

CIC did a professional job. I got my car back in one week as promised. Rental care available on site.

My wife's car had a rear bumper damage after an unknown car hit it while it was parked in a shopping center on a weekend. I called Geico right away to report the accident and they recommended Clarkstown International Collision, a Geico Repair Xpress located just a few miles from where I live. I brought the car in on a Monday where the Geico representative assessed the damage and suggested to leave the car so the shop can work on it right away. I was told the car will be fixed and ready by the next day's end. I received a call from the shop the next day, Tuesday, to inform me that the replacement bumper they ordered wasn't the correct one. They said it was re-ordered and that the part will arrive the next day. I called the shop Wedndesday to inquire when the car will be ready. They confirmed they just received the part and the work should be done by 4:00 p.m. I got to the shop a little after 4:00 p.m. but the car wasn't ready yet. They, however, assured me that it will be done in an hour. The shop's front desk and repair personnel were profusely apologetic for the delay. The car was done in a little over an hour. I think they did an excellent repair job. The staff was courteous and professional. If not for the wait (which made me rush since I had to leave work in a different state) and a day pushback (which prompted me to change my schedule), I would have given an "A" rating. Otherwise, the overall experience was pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for autobody work and repair.

Clarkstown International Collision did an excellent job restoring the look and function of my Toyota Sienna minivan. They completed the work on time (4 days), and according to the insurance appraiser's estimate. I was very pleased with the results. The whole operation was smooth. The office personnel were professional and helpful. The office itself was immaculate. This body shop has an association with Enterprise Rental , with a representative on site. They arranged for my rental car, and provided a clean late-model car similar to my own. Having the rental outfit right on the premesis of the repair shop really was very convenient and saved me time and aggravation. Within days of getting my car back, Clarkstown sent me a VIP card for future discounts, a customer satisfaction survey and a printed limited warranty for the repairs. Overall, the company exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company and I would use them again.

Five days before Christmas, my wife was sideswiped by a hit and run driver. Luckily, she wasn't injured, but the car wasn't so lucky. There was no way to find the driver to get them to pay for the damage, so it was "Merry Christmas to Me". Have fun paying your deductible - $500. Well, the folks at GEICO were great in helping track down a good body shop in the area. Clarkstown was one of their certified "Express Repair" shops, so I chose them. I sure am glad that I did. They were fantastic. From the first contact for scheduling an appointment, they were a pleasure to work with. When I brought the car in for service, they had an Enterprise rental car rep in the shop, so it made coordinating transportation during the repair much easier. They were able to give me prompt, accurate estimates (it came to several thousand dollars but my deductible was 500) and were able to manage my expectations as to when the car would be ready for pickup. The staff was professional and courteous and the quality of their work was outstanding. They have high-end paint spray equipment and it shows. Flawless, like factory finish. I was blown away by their skill and thorough attention to detail. My wife was grateful to get her car back in as good or even better shape than it went into the shop. I highly recommend Clarkstown International Collision for auto body work if you are in need of a repair. They will help make the best of a bad situation.
