Based on information I provided, they gave me an initial estimate of four hours to do the work. They completed the job in approximately four hours. The house is now the cleanest it has ever been, due certainly to the thoroughness and attention to detail of the two individuals doing the work. One thing I noticed throughout the time they were here was the constant checking and back-checking between the two. This insured no item or area was missed. They worked without a break the entire four hours. I would recommend this service to anyone desiring the very best results from a cleaning service.

We've had several different cleaning companies in the past because of moves or because we felt the quality of the work diminished over time and the cost was excessive for the work actually being done. My first conversation with Jessie and Kevin set them apart from the others I contacted. Instead of just asking me the usual questions (number of bathrooms, bedrooms, square footage, kind of flooring, pets) and giving me a price Jessie and Kevin both talked to me about what they would do to clean our tile, fixtures, appliances, furniture, etc. When they arrived with their equipment and supplies they went through each room with us and were specific about what they would accomplish in their deep clean today. We keep our home clean and did not expect to see a significant difference when we returned today, but when we left them to clean we were confident they would at least do a nice job. We sorely underestimated this couple. When we returned home to our 11-year old condo it looked brand new again. Every room is truly spotless tonight! Our upholstered furniture was thoroughly vacuumed front and back. The floors look as nice as they did the last time we had them professionally cleaned by a tile company. Scuff marks have disappeared from our woodwork. The top of our stove looks new again. Any dust that worked its way into a wicker lamp is gone. Each piece of furniture has a nice luster that makes it look like it did in a showroom. The fixtures in our master bath were looking a little dull and now look as thought they were just installed. Our printer-copier-fax-scanner that I expected to be dusted was wiped off and there's no sign of dust in any crevice. Recently we decided to look for another cleaning service and contacted a few. Most companies want to do a deep clean the first time. Jessie Anne's initial quote was a little higher than the others, but after speaking with her and Kevin I felt they just might be worth the extra cost for their deep cleaning. We've always done our own deep clean when we start and end our yearly time in Florida, but they do such an excellent job that we will schedule them from now on for those big jobs. We'll also have them clean for us every two weeks while we're here and I don't sense that I'll be doing much to keep our place looking nice with them in charge. Jessie and Kevin are very nice and accommodating. They are enthusiastic and take their work seriously. Customer service and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to them. Jessie and Kevin take great pride in their work and have the highest standards we've ever seen with all the cleaning people we've had over the years. I joined Angie's List in order to find new housekeepers. I didn't expect to be so fortunate. The value in finding the quality cleaning service we experienced today in Jessie and Kevin is more than worth the membership fee we paid...and the reviews led me straight to them. Others have said that Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service is well worth the cost and I absolutely agree.

This couple arrived on time - gave me a price in advance of cleaning - and were here 51/2 hours. This was not just cleaning it was exceptional cleaning - the BEST!! Always asking if I needed anything else done - things that did not have anything to do with cleaning. I plan on having them back once a month. If you think this is too much to pay for cleaning - don't - you get what you pay for and sometimes you get more - I did. They were very professional and very sweet couple. Hire them you won't be sorry.

Wow. This couple: Jessie Anne and Kevin: exemplify work ethic. They arrived as arranged at 1 p.m. and worked straight through, no breaks, not even for meals (to my astonishment), until nearly 10 p.m. My godparents' house is small-ish but hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Jessie Anne and Kevin not only cleaned the whole place (2 bedrooms, TV room, living and dining rooms, sun room, kitchen and two baths), they also did all the windows, inside and out. They really clean: they moved the furniture, including heavy pieces, and found all sorts of items no one suspected were under there! And Kevin, who is very handy, fixed a bunch of things that weren't working that he found as he cleaned. I would recommend Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service to anyone, including those who, like me, are dealing with homes that need a real nuts-and-bolts scrubbing! Jessie and Kevin are good people with high standards and willing to use lots of elbow grease. The house looks great and my godparents really appreciate having everything ship-shape.

The price is for 1 visit, so she isn't cheap but she is worth the money spent.

Even though I've already reviewed Jessie-Ann's cleaning Co. I just have to say that when my Dad passed away at the end of October, I needed her and Kevin on short notice...I felt terrible calling, but they are really the NICEST PEOPLE YOU'LL EVER MEET, and I needed to get the house cleaned for guests after the funeral; so I called and asked if they could help us out on such short notice. Jesse said she'd get back to me. When she was unable to reschedule anyone, she and Kevin came here at 7:30 AM!!!! CAN U BELIEVE IT??? That is going ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!!! BUT...THAT IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE!!! WONDERFUL, SPECIAL, KIND, PEOPLE!!! My Mom and I adore them, as did my Dad!!! You can't find more honest, loyal, dependable, hard working people than these two!!! I am just crazy about them!

We were having difficulty finding someone to do a post construction clean for our recently renovated house due to a flood. Many of our things were in a POD in our driveway.Since the new floors were completed The house needed a deep clean to allow our things to be brought back into the house and the POD was to be picked up within a few weeks. After checking Angie's List we called Jessie Anne's Cleaning Service. She explained how far in advance they are normally booked but wanted to try to help under the circumstances, She was able to come Saturday afternoon and we had only called a few days before.She and her husband work together and are so professional. We went out for quite a while so they could work What a pleasure to come back to a really clean house! They worked a total of about five hours! They wanted to show us what they had been able to accomplish to be sure we were happy .They are a very hard working genuine, couple and eager to please. We are thrilled we found them and will certainly have them again ! Their prices are very reasonable !

She is very thorough. Its husband and wife, who come for the cleaning work. I would use them in the future.

They are not clock watchers, very consistent, a young couple working hard to make a living.When delayed, they call to tell us a slight change in schedule when necessary. They do extra things without being asked.
