When I spoke with Rob, he was informative on the carpet type and seemed confident as to what I was looking for, we scheduled an appointment Rob arrived on time, with several sample booklets of exactly what I was looking for. Now having a better idea of what I wanted, Rob sent me a few samples, he selected based on the color scheme of my home. Every sample complimented my home perfectly and I was able to place an order. The installation went so smoothly, the install techs were very skilled, and took great care to move my furniture with ease. Larry was available to come do the estimate right after HomeAdvisor contacted him, which was great. The team came 2 weeks later to install our stair runner and carpet for basement stairs and did a great job. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, completed the job within a reasonable time frame, and cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with our experience and our new carpet!

From beginning to end of the project perfect

I compared pricing with two box stores, and Redi-Cut beat the price by a mile! They don't put in the extra margin for the carpet you don't need, which comes out better for the customer. Larry was great, coming to the house right away and moving forward right away forward. The install got delayed slightly by 2 snowstorms, but they were very quick to follow up and always available. The install team was excellent - very quick, clean, and pleasant to work with. Would use them again.

The install team was fast and efficient and cleaned up everything afterwards. They did a great job installing new carpet in a room with lots of self standing beams and poles and narrow, twisty stairs. We had just repainted the room and they left it practically mark free.

The rep came the same day that I contacted them, I picked a carpet and the installers (subcontractors) came 4 days later and did the job in about half the time quoted. They were friendly, polite, neat and we are totally pleased.
