The doctors I've worked with are all a really nice and helpful. They usually run on time and I don't have to wait long, which is nice.

When you go there they have a walkin and I have went there 3 or 4 times last winter. I haven't been to my main doctor for awhile. It is pretty reputable in the area. The doctor is very professional, he's kind, he's considerate and he is not pushy with anything. He basically tells you this is what needs to be done to stay healthy. He doesn't get overbearing he just gives you the information and you are an adult and if you want to do it, you do it, and if not then hey, it's on you. He is pretty popular but they seem to be able to get me in there when I need to. The office is very clean.

Dr. Barsh is great with kids and provides a relaxed environment for kids. He is also very reassuring and communicates well with us. We have also been very happy with the treatment he provides when our kids do fall ill and his availability for sick visits.

Dr Krieger of the Mt Kisco Medical Group is a wonderful internist, who listens, is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE , conscientious and very attentive to her patients,

Doctor discovered Glaucoma in both eyes and operated. The operations were totally non-events. Getting a flu shot worse! Great doctor. Great manner. Great skills. And very cautious about not doing unnecessary surgery.

Having a slight haziness in vision in my left eye, the usual optometrist exams revealed nothing. I decided to go to an opthamologist and Dr. Cohen was part of the medical group I go to (Mt. Kisco med). The office space is a bit cramped and very busy but i was actually taken in a bit ahead of time which was surprising. They did a VERY thorough exam of my eyes and Dr. Cohen found the start of a cataract (he had to look very hard to find it but did). He also recommended some specialists for my strobismus (eye wanders to the left) which no one ever suggested before. He was pleasant, all business but thoughtful in approach. I would recommend folks to him if asked.

He's very friendly, very caring, very professional, and a great tutor. He tells me when he feels I need to see a specialist, and gets to set it up for me. He's just great. I've gone to him for a long time.

I had been told about the Urgent Care Center while in my pediatricians office. I was seen in the Brewster Office of MKMG. I asked and was told they accepted my insurance. I was seen in a timely manner and professionally. I called a about two weeks later - the middle of April - to ask why MKMG had submitted it as an out of network claim. MKMG told me they would look into it but assured me that they would take care of it and that the doctor was in network. The charge for the sore throat visit was $328.00, no medication was prescribed or used. It is now almost August and this still has not been cleared up. MKMG says they will note it on my account as they did in April, although nothing seems to have been done. I asked to speak to the person responsible for processing the bill, they were on vacation. This is a huge multispecialty group, no one could get on the phone with me to resolve this issue that had been going on for over 3 months? They then said that they had been having problems credentialing some of the physicians with the insurance companies for some time now and the one I saw was one of them! So why did you repeatedly tell me that you took my insurance? And then not work to resolve the issue but just sent me a bill? Then when I call again there is no one to talk to? Some of the physicians are great in this group, but the billing department is atrocious as far as customer service. I am glad CVS opened a Minute Clinic locally. I have found their service to be essentially the same in the office and the billing department MUCH MORE accessible.

I am happy with Dr. Cowan over there. He is thorough, trustworthy and I like his personality. I have been going to him for a long time and I would continue to use him.

We went to the urgent care center as it was late in the night and my daughter had a very high fever. The staff was polite, service was quick and they took very good care of her. I was in and home in no time at all. I saved money by not going to the ER and felt I got much better care. I would recommend this service to anyone in the area.

Dr. Hayworth is a physician @ Mt Kisco Medical Group (MKMG). The entire MKMG organization is very well run and the staff is very efficient and is very friendly. Dr. Hayworth is also CEO of MKMG and has very limited office hours, so you typically need to book an appt. approx. 9-12 months in advance. Overall, the appts. with Dr. Hayworth are very good experiences, just seems to be a bit rushed at times.

I have seen a couple of the doctors at Mt. Kisco Medical Group and have been very pleased with them. One is a Neurologist and one is an Endocrinologist. I have seen them for the last 2 years and I have been very happy with them. The location is excellent, it is very convenient, it is right down from the hospital, great parking and they also have valet parking so that is very good. The offices are very clean, very bright and the staff is professional. Most of the times the wait is very short. They are very professional and I am very happy with them. If you are looking for just and appointment, then you will get it a couple of weeks out.

This is a great practice with some wonderful doctors. Will continue to visit.

It is a gigantic medical group in northern Westchester and it is excellent. The last time I went there I saw Dr. Chiarieri, who is my primary care. They are very responsive. They are very professional. The experience has only been the best.

They are fine there but you wait even though you are on time for your appointment. We didn't have any big problems but they were professional.

We have used them as a family for many years and I certainly would highly recommend them. It is an all-encompassing medical service place so we have our primary care physician there as well as all of the specialties within the same practice. So if we need services ranging from orthopedists, ophthalmologists, lab work, X-rays or MRI's; they are all in the same building and within the same group. It is a very seamless way, in our opinion, of having medical care; everything is self-contained. When it comes to medical services it is a one-stop shop. For example, my wife needs an MRI later this week and she will go there. I am of a certain age and need a colonoscopy; they have outpatient services which they do on premise for certain minor things. They do everything there. When we call they are very clear on the phone by asking us whether we are calling with an emergency; if it is they will see us almost immediately. If it is not an emergency it is like any other medical practice and we may have to wait a number of weeks to see the doctor. If it is an emergency they are absolutely right on. They are relatively punctual in meeting appointment times.

Dr. Axelrod listened carefully to my concerns and followed up with a thorough examination, and a sit-down conversation where he listened carefully and gave me his suggestions.

Overall, it is good, I think I am going to stay with her for a while

They're an excellent group of doctors.

We are satisfied with them. Everything has been positive with them. We have gone to several doctors over the years there. We have had nothing but very positive experience there. They are a medical group. The nice part is no matter what doctor we see, they have our records online. They have our history and they understand what prescriptions we have taken, what doctors we have seen and what health issues we have had in the past. It helps them to help us.

.Mt Kisco Medical Group are pretty huge in this area. They are super efficient. You never wait more than 5-10 minutes, they have knowledgeable and caring doctors.

The negative reviews really involve the coordination and communication between the office staff. The doctors are pretty good, especially Dr. Toni Saychek...however the office staff needs to get their act together. While they are friendly- many of them seem clueless, and in addition, if you try to fax paperwork from another doctor's office, it will 100% never be there when needed (unless you physically bring it in the office - or if you are pregnant and you fax it to one of the ob gyn nurses). I wouldn't fax to the regular number because they won't have it there and it's a mess to coordinate this - no one will be able to find your paperwork. It can be really frustrating

They provide all kind of services there. We like two pediatricians there, Dr Elliot Barsh and Dr. Mark Horowitz. The neurologist Dr. Szabo is excellent. For Ear, nose and throat, Dr. Jeffry Keller is really good. I see Dr. Margaret Lenci for rheumatology and she is really good. The gynecologist, Dr. Kaminiski is good too. We like to use all these doctors. It's a huge group and there are about four hundred doctors. We like the hospital because the doctors are very good and the dislike is, it's such a big place. It's a big impersonal medical group. Most of the doctors are really good. They have free wallet parking. The parking before was a nightmare. It's a really good medical care. Some doctors are right on time and some are always late.
