GenForce just completed a job installing a 22kw generator for us. The initial part of the process was drawn out: after our appointment with their sales guy, who was very knowledgable, it took a long time and multiple follow-up calls/emails to actually receive our proposal. In the meantime we had received other estimates, but GenForce was able to beat their prices by a good amount so we went with them. The installation was done professionally and neatly . The various inspectors have been impressed with the quality of the work. Most of our communication was with Sandy in their office, who was always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them. My advice for prospective clients would just be to follow up if you don't get your estimate right away. In the end, we feel that the extra waiting time was still worth it for a good job at a fair price.

The guy comes over. He goes over every little detail of what he is going to do. He said I would have the proposal by Monday and it has been two weeks and I have not heard a peep! They never told me how much it would cost. They told me where the unit would go and what it entails. He told me about financing. I sent him an email four days ago and he has not responded.

They did a good job. Everything works fine. I'm very happy with the job they did, and the inspection people were imprssed with the job as well. I would recommend them.

Genforce's very professional and knowledgeable people handled all of the permitting, delivery, installation, plumbing, electrical, etc. The job looks fine and our new natural gas automatic standby power generator seems to function as designed. Of course, we won't know if the generator works as expected until my local utility company has its next widespread power outage (as it had three times in the past two years, leaving us without power for over a week each time). So far so good. I wish that Genforce's maintenance contracts were better priced though. Highly recommended company.
