I have used JP Chimney Services from the day I purchased the woodstove 13 years ago. They have always done a superb job cleaning, assessing any repair needed and fixing it promptly. They are also professional, honest, clean, prompt and I would not use any other service for my woodstove needs.

This company is very booked, but so worth the wait. Prompt, curtious, the most professional chimney relining and wood stove installing compnay that I have ever did business with. I should know, I was in the same industry while living in Massachusetts. The crew was quick, efficient, and proficient. Did I mention "clean?" They left my living room where the chimney was being relined spotless. Highly, highly recommend their services. Would use over and over again, but they did such a great chimney relining and woodstove installation, I won't need to!

They were excellent. They were very professional and very honest. They were very concerned about providing a good service. They were knowledgeable. They were easy to deal with. They showed up on time and worked hard. They did not leave a mess. The work had already been done by another contractor a few years back. They had done a lousy job. We were not aware of it until we started having problems. We had Jonathan come and look at it. He felt bad because it was the worst job he had ever seen. He did what he could last year. He patched it up as best as he could. A year later we called him to clean it. He said it was not good and said that it had to be redone. We were ready to give up. We had done it to save money and now it was costing us more money without being effective. He went away and called us back. He made us an offer that we could not refuse. We felt bad that we had been fooled by the other company. He credited the cost of what he had done last year towards the price of really doing it right. He made us an installment plan which I don?t think he normally offers. He got us some extra wood. He set us up when we were completely abandoned. He really believes in heating with wood and he felt really bad for us. He made special arrangements for us. He gave us a real good price. It was very pleasant to deal with him. He was with his other employees all day. We were very pleased. The owner of the other company dumped off an employee who did not know what he was doing.

They were fantastic. They were very professional. They were very concerned with my happiness. They did excellent work. They came in and cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem with the fit of the unit, which was no fault of theirs, but they worked with me diligently to correct the problem. They were very courteous. They were very clean. They spoke in a professional manner. They were very mature gentleman and their workmanship was top quality.

Excellent company !! I've used them twice now. The first time was to have a wood insert installed. I had contacted many chimney contractors. I was specifically looking for someone who would insulate the new stainless steel liner for the insert. No other company wanted to do it (some had never heard of it). Before I even asked, Jonathan told me that they insulate the liners. I was impressed as this is an added measure of safety. He also takes classes to update himself on newest developments. The second time he came was to clean my chimney. He then inspected the other chimney (for the furnace). He found that the chimney contractor who had installed the stainless steel liner about three years ago had done a very shoddy job and the work was not done properly. He removed the liner, cleaned that chimney and put the proper parts parts back in. All this work and he only charged me for cleaning the chimney because he felt like the other contractor had ripped me off. I was truly amazed! Jonathan runs a very professional company. He is competent, knowledgeable, personable and professional. It is important to him that the job be done properly and well. He takes pride in his work and company and it shows. My main concern has always been safety as far as my chimney is concerned and Jonathan feels that is essential. I would recommend him to anyone. There are a lot of unsavory chimney contractors out there but J.P. Chimney is NOT one of them. They do excellent work.
