Plumber took advantage of saying that he was in the neighborhood and could come but did not specify that working on a Sunday is more money. The project was not an emergency. Estimate was not provided before starting the work. We all need to be transparent and honest.

Rick was a great hire! Arrived early, price estimate was very fair! He gave us two different options for what we needed and allowed us to pick which would be the better fit for us. Was able to make an appointment with him in a very short notice and he did extremely great work. Arrived early, cleaned up after installing our toilet and worked quickly! Will definitely be using his services for all our future plumbing needs.

We discussed the job and I sent a photo of the work. We scheduled an appointment. Then, 1 hour prior to the appointment he wrote to change the day saying that he couldn’t get the part. Meanwhile, he had all the details the previous day. Unreliable!
