Rick was great. Called me before he was scheduled to arrive. Came in, looked at what needed to be done, got started and was finished in 20 minutes. Installed a shut-off valve on a gas line. Very professional and just a good guy. I would most definitely use him again and would most definitely recommend him to others.

I definitely can agree with Rick's many positive reviews. It was stressful to learn about the new local law 152 gas pipe inspection, but Rick took the stress out of it because of his professionalism, promptness, and fair pricing. I hope to get him when my inspection comes due again in four years.

Rick was personable and professional. I needed to get the Local Law 152 inspection done and he made it so easy. Not only was he reasonably priced compared to others, he helped to guide me through the process. After a day, Rick sent me the paperwork that was required and now I'm all set for another few years. I highly recommend Rick and hope that he has much success. People like him are hard to find, especially when it comes to plumbing.

This is an update from my previous review which was good: But as a follow up I would definitely not hire again. Hired Rick for a simple LL152 gas pipe inspection. He came timely and was courteous, but after he was paid he has not sent the necessary forms or pdfs to turn into the City. Which is a mandated 4-year gas pipe inspection. He has since told me he emailed the documents, though I have not received them, and has been lackadaisical about sending it again. And is now gaslighting me into believing that he sent it but, there must be something wrong on my end. I do not understand if you say you emailed something but it should be recorded in your emails. So if you did send it should be easy enough to send it again. My check has cleared but the work is still incomplete. Simple paperwork. I can only imagine that if it's this much trouble to do simple paperwork for an LL152 or to handle an email that it would be even more problematic with a larger capacity of work. So far, it has been 11 days for something that should have been done last week. Very disappointed. And will take legal action if this continues. hire at your own risk.

I definitely would hire again and highly recommend Certified Services and Repair.

Rick was very professional and got the job done no nonsense no drama no attitude will hire him again have a three family with lots of repairs in the last 30 years Iâ m used to dealing with plumbers contractors etc. heâ s one of a kind- these days!

It was very easy dealing with Rick. Other plumbers had made the job sound as if it would be time consuming and expensive so when Rick informed me that it would only take 30 minutes, I was sold on his honesty. The job was a gas pipe inspection repair. I would use this company again.
