Woke up Sat morning to a leaking skylight. Requested HomeAdvisor quote. Beznik got right in touch with me. I spoke to him later that night and we scheduled for Sun AM estimate. He came right on time, explained cause of leak, how to repair, 2 yr warranty on the repair and gave me a very reasonable quote. He started right away and fixed the leak in allotted time, just before the rain started again. Also sent me photos of the repair for my records. Prompt, responsive, very reasonable price and hardworking as all done on a Sunday morning!!!! Would hire again for sure for future projects! Thanks!

Had a leak by 2 sky lights, was quoted a reasonable price by Sami. Started work and found more problems due to 2 layers of roof. He had to come back next day since it was a bigger job and was raining that same day. Gave a good price on replacing whole section of roof also adding new chimney flashing and new gutters. They came next day on time and finished when they said they would. Overall good communication and hard working guys with good quality of work. Definitely would hire again.

We had a leak on the roof and around Sklight and hired Nick for the repair. First he provided a very reasonable estimate and includded a details of the work need to completed . He finished the job on time as he promised . Heâ s very reasonable, professional and does great job. Highly recommended.. i would definitely hire him for the next project

I had my attic exhaust fan blown open from a storm. While Nick was up on my roof he found a big problem. My flashing and cement around my chimney was cracked and had a big hole. He took pictures of chimney damage and showed me. He NOT only fixed my fan but I hired him to repair damage to my chimney, which came out great ( he took pictures). What is interesting about this, is I had a chimney repair company come in September because during the storms I had one of my chimney caps blow off my roof. The chimney repair company not only told me I needed both chimney caps replaced BUT that I needed both air vents covered as he found dead sparrows. So I hired him to do the repairs, which were expensive. Then he said that I would need to have my attic exhaust fan replaced as it was broken. Since I have solar, he gave me an estimate of $2,185.00 for a solar replacement fan, which I didnâ t have fixed. Not sure what he did up on my roof but he NEVER said anything about my flashing damage, which I believe he should have seen it!! Very weird my attic fan blew open not too long after??? He never took any pictures so I would definitely NOT recommend Chimney Chap Corp. Iâ m just so glad I had AAA Home Construction Company do my repairs this time as Nick was fair in price and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I feel he is very honest.

Nick was very knowledgeable, really inspected roof from both the attic and from the roof itself. He located the leak and made that repair. He also, replaced missing shingles, cemented loose chimney brick, removed gutter covers and cleaned gutters and replaced a skylight. Very reasonably priced and more importantly guaranteed his work. We had gotten 3 estimates before hiring AAA. Would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with Nick and had confidence in him. He didn't try to get me to agree to turn a repair job into a roof replacement as others have tried to do. So that showed me that he his honest. Nick showed me pictures of the problem before and his work after. He came to the house fast and didn't drag the job out. I am pleased to have found him. Definitely go with Nick!
