Lechner replaced an electrical pan on outside of house. This is a weekend home so we were only able to meet Lechner on a Saturday. They arrived on schedule and provided a clear explanation of the work to be performed as well as a cost estimate. The project was done the following Friday. In summary, I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them highly.

The experienced electrician and his assistant did a great job taking down and existing ceiling fixture, mounting a ceiling fan, and wiring a switch into an existing box.. There showed up on time, worked efficiently, and I was very pleased at the end result. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They even helped fix a minor problem another handyman had left unfinished at no cost.
