Lance called to say he was on the way. Arrived, identified himself and workers. Dressed neatly with logo (business name on shirts). Name on truck also. Reviewed location of items to be removed. Crew started immediately. Respect for homeowners property and everyone's safety was very important. Kept me informed. Very quick, very neat, good price.

Lance came on time for an estimate. The price was good, he did it right then. It would have taken me days; he did it in less than an hour and then, without me asking, he swept the place. I was very happy.

They were on time. They were fast. They were thorough and clean. They were friendly. What more could one ask?

They showed up on time. Explains to lance exactly what I wanted. He listened to everything I said, They lance & guys went to work even swept & cleaned the area. That was a bonus nice guys, even took an old ladies refrigerator with no problem.

Lance and his workers were wonderful. They dealt with a water logged cover that they had to cut into pieces in order to lift. They removed the cover and the tub, cleaned up the slab of concrete(was not expecting this) in a half hour. They were prompt, courteous and efficient - it was during the week of 90 degree days. I will use them again when I need removal of items to heavy or bulky for me to handle.

They were prompt, inexpensive and very efficient. They even removed and re installed my cellar door in order to get the freezers out. I thought they did an excellent job.

Lance arrived on time, backed his truck down our driveway and the clean-up began! He and his merry band of men hauled stuff that had magically multiplied in our garage, into the back of their truck. They very professionally removed glass shower doors, a broken garage door, cardboard boxes, bins of outdated clothes & outgrown toys, a little furniture, rusted tools, garden equipment and hoses, wood, etc. You name it, they made it all disappear in no time! Took all our stuff hanging from the garage walls as well as on the floor. Swept the garage clean and our driveway in front of it, too! I tell you our garage didn't look that good when we first moved in! They were all very polite, too! We would highly recommend Lance's Hauling to anyone who needs a clear-out or anything hauled away. Efficient, pleasant to speak with, too. We paid the price Lance quoted for us yesterday, even though we had a little more stuff than we thought we had! And yes, he honored the 10% discount coupon from Angie's List for us, too! Thank you, Lance & crew! You all did an excellent job! You bet we will use Lance again!

Lance suggested I email him a picture of the shed and play set. This saved time as he was then able to give me an estimate over the phone. Workers arrived promptly on a Sunday morning and began work shortly after arrival. Demolition and removal of shed and jungle gym were completed quickly and effectively. Contractors were congenial and responsive. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Lance and his two men crew were pleasant & professional. The job was done quickly & everything was cleaned up when they finished removing debris (swept, put furniture back, etc.)

Lance's Hauling came the next day after I called for Spa removal at the scheduled time. Their trailer and truck were clean and the workmen were neat. The work was done within half an hour and they were pleasant to talk to (not too chatty). I was happy with their work and cost. Excellent people to do business with.

Really fantasic work. They could not get the large trailer up the driveway, but they did the work nonetheless for the price quoted. In all, it was less than an hour with their three-man crew. Really professional job and thorough cleaning afterward.

Lance gave me a great deal to haul away my yard waste. He said that he could do it for free and I would just pay for two men for three hours of work. I hit the jackpot with him and I can’t wait to hire him.

I contacted Lance's Hauling 2/2/2013 because of positive reviews on Angie's List. Lance responded very quickly to all messages. The work was done on 2/4/2013 just as he said it would be. Because I could move the material out to my porch because I would not be here that day, giving him some flexibility on timing, he gave me a break on the price. It was about as efficient and fair a transaction as I've ever had and I definitely will be referring Lance's Hauling to anyone who needs similar work done.

Lance was prompt and pleasant for entire projects, estimate scheduling, insurance certificate and removal of the objects perfect execution.

I live in Virginia so I had to coordinate this work from afar. Lance was very responsive to my needs and concerns. About three weeks passed between my initial contact the the time to do the work, and several steps had to be completed before the final cleanup could be performed. Lance was willing to wait, and when he was given the go-ahead he was on the spot within 24 hours. He sent photos of the completed work as it was finished. My overall impression of this company is excellent.

I saw Lance listed on Angies List and decided to give him a call. He came the same day and gave me an estimate. We set up a date and time and Lance and his helper were there right on time. They got right to work and had the junk cleared out in no time. Lance is very polite and a pleasure to talk to. Great attitude. It is refreshing to deal with someone who actually does what they say they will do and with the right attitude. I will definitely use Lance again.
