On time. Very hard workers. Helped with humor. The tip I gave them was given back to me to donate to Wounded Warrior Project! We needed another truck load so they dumped and came right back for more. This was the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Lance's Hauling.

Lance and crew were on time, professionally dressed and polite. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves and were highly recommended.

I filled out a quote form on his website and he called back within 2 hours and quoted me. We were able to negotiate the price if I could wait for a pick up date when he was in the area. Which was only 2 days later. The came when expected and were done in 5 minutes. This guy is SUPER profession, super nice and has a great marketing campaign for his company. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of this type of service.

Lance was very punctual and courteous and got the job done in no time..The crew he came with were very nice and also did a very good job taking down the big pieces of our bedroom set...The price was reasonable and they worked very hard..I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am moving for the house I lived in for over 20 years and my kids grew up in. After moving stuff to a much douwnsized space, and giving lots to Goodwill I needed EVERYTHING else out of three floor. Called and spoke to Lance who set up an appt for Sunday morning. He arrived right on time with his sone and another worker John. All were friendly and after walking them through the house they quickly started working. They needed little to no supervision and worked fast and clean. They cleared out the basement and by the time I got there to look it was empty and swept clean. Hadn't been that clean in 23 years. After cleaning the things in the rest of the house they made quick work of the garage including "wet" paint cans for a small and well communicated extra charge. They they attacked the 20 yr old rotting and water soaked hot tub on the deck. I disconnected it electrically then they worked fast, smart and safe to remove it and not damage the deck or the yard. They were very professional and efficient. I definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again if I need junk hauled. Thanks guy's we'll done.

We were having carpet installed in our entire upstairs, and underestimated the amount of "junk" we would have to move around, to allow the job to go smoothly. After raising three kids in our home, we found the closets filled with stuff that we could finally get rid of (after getting their permission, of course). However, we are not kids anymore, and about two days before the carpet was scheduled to be installed, came to realize that we needed help removing the the furniture, filled garbage bags, and sorted loose junk. Having found Lance's Hauling on Angie's List, they agreed to get to our house at 7:30 AM, the day of the installation, and get everything cleared out before the carpet installers arrived. My wife made the plans and I was skeptical that they'd even show up. Show up they did... right on time, stormed through the job, careful to not knock loose a single chip of paint. And they did so with a smile, an upon completion asked the question, "is there anything else we could do." This set the stage for a very low stress day. We're telling everyone we know about Lance's Hauling and are already figuring out what else we'd like them to do for us. Spread the word... Lance's' is a great source for un-cluttering!

I do not normally provide reviews - except for extremely poor - or in this case, exemplary service. We had a lot of "stuff" that needed removal from my parents house after they passed away. This included boxes and boxes of papers, files, old books, etc., and piles of old lumber, etc. We needed to move the stuff very quickly, as we are out of town, and are putting the house up for sale. I called Lance and he not only responded quickly, but he came with his crew and moved the "stuff", and swept out the garage in an hour - for less than we could have rented a dumpster and done the labor ourselves. The logistics are much more difficult as we are out of town, and can only be available on weekends. I originally contacted Lance, and he not only responded quickly and answered all my questions (this is our first time doing this), but followed up with more information and examples of his work. I neglected to get back to him, but when the next weekend came, I needed his services that day. He was flexible enough to accommodate us on very short notice - and was amazing. Again, this is our first time requiring this type of service - for a fairly difficult situation. Not only was he and his crew understanding, but extraordinarily professional. I am very pleased to give Lance and his crew my highest, unqualified recommendation.

He's very good. We had an accumulation of stuff in our basement and garage. I just pointed and it was done. They have everything cleaned out. They are done in about an hour and ten minutes.

They were excellent. They were very professional. They left everything nice and clean. They even swept out the garage afterwards. I would recommend them to others. They gave a free estimate over the phone. They did abide by their quote when they came.

We set a date for the estimate/work to be done and I received a test confirming out appointment the night before. Lance and his crew were on time and immediately began the clean out process. I called Lance to arrange to get rid of some broken furniture. He called me back as promised to set up an appointment, and on the day of the pickup he and his crew were there when promised. Everyone was fast and friendly. The whole operation took less than ten minutes. Lance even remembered me from the last time I did business with him, and he gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member! These guys are by far the best junk removal company in the entire area.

Excellent, I called for an estimate to have my furniture removed at around 11:00 AM. Since I knew what I had, I was given a quote over the phone. I was asked how soon I needed service and I said that I was hoping for later in the afternoon. They were here in about an hour. Everything was removed and taken away in about fifteen minutes. They were excellent!!

Lance kept me up to date as to when he would be there and the costs. He was friendly and got right to work. Very very happy with his service and price! Definitely use him again!

Lance and his team were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job.

He was wonderful. He came with a crew of three and they moved out very heavy windows. They were just terrific and came promptly when they said they were going to be. They were only hear for a half an hour and moved out everything I needed. I had a very good experience.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and spoke to Lance. He was at the dump at the time and asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes to answer my questions. He called me back promptly and we discussed pricing and scheduling something within a day. I tentatively scheduled the job for the next day and Lance told me he would call me in the morning to see how big his first job was and to finalize a time. Lance called the next morning and was up front about the time taking longer than he thought. He told me he would be available at 1 PM. Lance called 1/2 hour before his arrival to say he was on the way. He arrived on time with a total of 4 people. Everyone introduced themselves and they were very polite and friendly. I showed the guys what to take and they immediately went to work. The guys worked well together and worked as a team. There was alot of stuff and these guys worked in some tight spots. I was very pleased everything went smooth and they all worked in a timely manner. When they were done, Lance wrote up a bill and gave me the Angie's List discount.

Lance came within the time frame specified and was able to load all the junk in a short amount of time. Some had to be brought up from the cellar. A large 16 foot ladder also needed to be removed and was no problem.

Lance and his crew were great. They picked up the junk and even helped me get the lawn mower going!

I can't say how pleased I was with Lance and his son. They came on a Saturday morning and made quick work in removing the trash. Lance was running a little late due to the previous customer adding some additional garbage and he let me know via text (before our appointment time) that he was running late and would be there as soon as possible. That might not sound like much, but communication is everything in a service business. When someone gets back to me immediately, with acurate quotes and I dont have to chase them around on the phone, you'll get my business 9 times out of 10.

Lance was fantastic! He made an appointment the same day I called. His whole crew was fast, friendly, and polite. Price was reasonable.

This is my second time reviewing Lance because I wanted people to see how very pleased I am with his business. I was a little vague about what I wanted taken out and at the last minute asked if he could take a fridge out of the basement that required taking off bannister railings as well as a steel outer door. He had a crew of 5 guys who never stopped working, were unfailingly polite and cheerful and who let me just point at stuff and say , "oh,take that, too!" I was amazed that after they filled a huge flatbed with all my junk it was such a low price.
