I made the request for a quote to replace my existing gutter / downspout system on Sunday morning and they came out the same-day to do a site visit and provide me with an estimate. It's so refreshing these days to come across an honest, friendly, contractor who is not always looking to make a fast buck. I had some loose vinyl siding hanging from my homes soffit that needed repair. I knew it was not a big job. Express Ways rep came by for an estimate, took one look at the job and got his ladder off the truck, climbed up and fixed it....at no charge! That just does not happen much any more. Kudos to Express Way. It you don't call and use them first, you are making a big mistake.
