Outstanding service. David called me right after I took advantage of his special deal listed here. We agreed on a date and time. At that point he also asked me about the wall mounting and if we had the wires inside the wall. When I said I did he told me about the fire code and what he had to do to upgrade that set up. He was up front about the price and I agreed that it was fair and needed to be done. Today they came right on time within the hour window that they promised. One man and he took care of everything. Really nice and professional, He explained a few things to me and asked in which direction I wanted to move the bigger television in order to center it. When it was done the bigger unit was right where I wanted it on the wall and he had moved the three speakers perfectly on the sides and below the screen. He then did the initial set up and showed me a few things with the remote. He didn't leave until I had no other questions. I wold absolutely recommend Mr Hi Def to anyone. Great job. Thank you!

Very well. Tense moment when I was told I needed a different outlet, and installer wasn't sure if he had that type with him in the truck, but lucked out when he did. Thrilled with work, would not hesitate to recommend.

it didn't a no show and no one returns a call

The work wasn't completed and they reassured me that they would be back to complete it, but they never came back to complete it. The guy that started the job told me that I would need to call the owner (David) to schedule a day when they would come back to finish the work. When I called the owner(David) to find out when they would come out to finish it, he promised to send someone out for thursday, or friday or saturday the following weekend to come out and said he would reach out to me to let me know the precise day and time. Well he never did reach out to me and never returned my call. Because of this, I failed inspection because I had wires sticking out of the walls outside my building and in my office. Today I reached out to him through email stating my unhappiness and he calls me back a minute later on phone saying how dare I use that tone with him in my email threatening and calling me every name but mine! He said he won't be coming back and and that I could go to ****! My boyfriend had to send an email to him stating his disappointment with the things he said to me and that he shouldn't contact me again. He then responded to my boyfriends mail saying that we were both low lives and deserved each other. I have actually copied the mail he sent and attached it. "You can be who ever you are! The calls are recorded I never called no one names! I don't even know her skin color. The job was done we have pictures of the installation, the second phase was sopouse to be done next Saturday!!! I also have the report from your town and the reasons for failing the inspection. Looks like you and her deserve eachother two low life's that trying to get free stuff! And don't worry we have the name of your daycare facility we will make sure to spread the word to people in town who are they dealing with." This man was rude and disrespectful. WE WILL NOT BE USING HIM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be very careful and don't pay him until all work is completed!!!!!!!!!

David, the owner/manager, called twice to confirm work required and acceptable dates. He was very nice to deal with, yet direct in an efficient manner. Dealing with David was a pleasure. The service technician, Brian, called and gave me a half hour notice of his arrival. His arrival was spot on timeliness. Brian arrived, surveyed the situation, and went straight to work. Padded dropcloths were used for all tools set down on the floor. All work was done with care and efficiency. All questions were answered with depth and precision. There is only one way to characterize their service -- two thumbs up. Thanks David. Will call again, and definitely provide referrals.

The technician was very courteous, spent time explaining and looking for the best possible option for me.

It went well. They were professional and helpful. My busy schedule necesitated the February appointment date. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Pretty well. They convinced us to use a Sonos system, and it works really well, but we have had some issues figuring out how to use it right, extending it to other parts of the apartment, etc. They have been responsive, but it would have been better to spend more effort getting us up to speed at the beginning.

Brian showed up on time and was professional and tidy (he put his tools and materials on a moving blanket to protect my carpet). He even fixed a cable connection that Cablevision didn't hook up properly. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. Great company!

It went great. He hooked up my surround sound ( I didn't know I had) and got other components hooked up and working. He got rid of wires I didn't need and explained everything to me. Couldn't have been nicer.

Work went smoothly. Was able to successfully adept to unexpectedly thin wall. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Actual installation took much longer than estimate so price was more than I expected. However, all individual prices for each element were communicated up front.

Went well you could tell immediately they knew what they were doing and went about doing it immediately. The only disappointment was my installation was scheduled for Monday 12-12-16 but David called me on that date at approximately 8:00am having to cancel bacause Steve had a illness in the family. The appointment had to be rescheduled for 12-19-16.

He showed up and went straight to work. He was very neat , catching all the dust from drilling and left no mess behind. The t.v. was mounted at the perfect height , exactly where I wanted it. When the installation was complete, Mr HiDef even explained how the television worked (it was the first Smart TV I had purchased) Also when my cable was too short he even solved that problem with no stress or hassle. I highly recommend him and would most definitely hire him again.

I bought a new LG OLED TV and needed it hung on an articulating wall mount in place of an older Samsung that was to be moved to another room, this TV would also be mounted on an articulating arm. I added a 4K receiver and an Xbox OneS to the setup. My initial contact was Dave, we briefly discussed my project and he agreed to send Steve out to assess and provide an estimate. The estimate offered was great and Steve went ahead with the instal a week later. I'll keep this brief, these guys are a joy to work with. I'm on a condo board and I interact with a great many vendors and these guys are A+++ The installs were fantastic, Steve is a great guy and very professional, but the true measure (in my opinion) of how good a vendor really is, is their willingness to help you resolve issues after the bill has been paid. I had some minor issues, nothing that Steve did or didn't do but when you're dealing with new technologies there are often little glitches that arise. Steve and Dave were both responsive and helpful in resolving issues after the install was over, I really cannot recommend these guys highly enough! If you've any home theater needs don't hesitate, call these guys ASAP!!
