Description of Work: I contacted Campanella Fence to replace aging and out of code fencing around my pool. They removed the old fence, added footings where needed and installed new fence connecting to my existing deck. They were able to fix an existing gate and upgrade the locking system as well as install a new gate. They were great to work with from beginning to end and I had no issues with any of their workers. I will definitely contact them first if I need any more fence work done.

Description of Work: Installed cedar fence in backyard. Sal's crew ( led by an excellent foreman Dan) did a great job (& I had spoken to several previous customers all of whom recommended Campanella Fencing). | |I didn't give them an A rating because I think service after the job is completed is as important as it is during the job... | |BECAUSE... | |About 2-3 wks after the fence was installed I noticed that a section of fencing had partially separated from its post. I tried to fix it myself but w / no success. Also, one of the gates kept getting caught on the concrete surrounding the adjacent post (it had not been properly smoothed out) making it difficult to open & close the gate. | |I called Sal's direct # & left a message re the problems. After a week w/o hearing from him, I contacted the office (who had always been very helpful during the install) letting them know the situation and was told they would make sure to get Sal the message. | |After another week had passed, I called Sal directly again & he apologized saying he had been particularly busy but that he would come out and fix the problems that week. Yet another week passed & I called him for the 3rd time & again he apologized & promised he would come out that week. | |He did finally come that Sat. Although I did not ask him to call before coming, I wish that I had because the repair was mediocre at best ( & I'm being kind). | |One screw was used to try & bring the fence panel closer to its post (which didn't work) & the cement under the gate was not smoothed out but rather it look as if the gate was repeatedly opened & closed using the cement as a kind of sandpaper. | |So after all this you might be wondering why I would still both use & recommend Campanella Fencing? Because Sal is an honest, hardworking (& pretty d*** funny to boot) business man who does what is agreed on, @ the price agreed on & in the time frame agreed on & that's pretty rare these days. I do think however he does need work on service after the job. | |

 + -1 moreGREAT!!!, You may find a cheaper price, but you could not find a more responsive company. This starts at the top and continues throughout all the employee's. The quality of workmanship is top notch, questions asked during the job were answered and explained fully. When the job was complete you could not tell they were even there, the best clean up ever, can't recommend them enough and would definitly ues their services again! Pleasure working with them from start to finish.
Description of Work: Remove old fencing, carting it away and replace it with new vynal fencing on irregular terrain.

 + -1 moreAppointment for estimate was immediate and prompt. Verbal estimate of various options on the spot, with follow-up via e-mail that same day. E-mailed insurance certificates and once I obtained a town permit the actual work commenced within a few days. Site workers were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am completely pleased with all aspects. Although I was told I was given a "winter price discount" for this job, I thought it was a bit pricy, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Replaced a 370 ft. stockade fence. Dug new post holes and filled with cement; replaced one single- and one double-wide gate.

They worked with my difficult schedule to get someone out to my property quickly, and their estimate was very reasonable. They were able to get the work done ahead of schedule, and the workers were very professional. They did a great job on the fencing--looks fabulous--and did not leave a mess on my property. They did a great job--I would definitely hire them again!
Description of Work: Replaced 6 fence posts and 6 sections of stockade fencing that were collapsing into my yard, as well as a post in a different section of fence that had been knocked over in a storm.

 + -1 moreOverall, installation went well. They were there early and worked to get the job done in allotted time. Some of my plants in the back of the house were destroyed but not a big deal. Didn't appreciate the cigarette butts that were left in the grass, again, not a big deal.
Description of Work: 176 feet of vinyl fence installed. Old spruce stockade was taken down too. 2 gates were installed as part of the new fence. 2 1/2 days of work. Very happy with the new fence.

The first one was a no show, the second one called after the time established and wanted to re-schedule, the third was Campanella and they were on time and clearly knew what they were doing. Mr. Campanella measured, gave suggestions, and gave me an estimate on the spot. I hired him to do the work because he got good marks on Angies list. I made a 50% deposit and was given an approximate date for installation. They called a week later to move-up the date which made me very happy. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They finished in about 41/2 hours and left no mess.
Description of Work: 6ft privacy fence at two locations on my property. Approximately 54 linear feet.
