 + -1 moreWe are very happy with our fireplace and the installation was done exactly when we scheduled it. They were on time and covered the floor and rug so they would keep everything clean.

 + -1 moreHeritage Fireplace would make appointments and not show up. The job should have taken a week, but it took over two months. They even sent us the bill before the job was completed. It was a nightmare trying to track them down.
