Frank's Painting

It was so great, from start to finish. First of all, Frank came himself to look everything over and give me an estimate. He showed up the very day I bought the service. We wanted the wall and ceiling painted of one bathroom (and a towel rack installed)--and the other bathroom had to be painted in its entirety, with a lot of repairs on the ceiling (it was beginning to flake off and fall down). Hector got the job done in a day and a half. We hardly knew he was there. When he left the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. We couldn't be happier.

They were punctual and careful. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend. It took two days.

They were very professional. Attention to detail. They applied two coats as promised. They did all necessary prep work including spackeling on walls, filling all nail holes in new moldings and sanding smooth before painting. Applied primer to all areas that required it as well. Upon completion they did a thorough inspection and applied final touches where necessary which was very accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Frank the owner was able to come and look at the job very shortly after I called. A detailed written estimate was provided via email shortly thereafter. The estimate did not change even though a few items were added after our initial discussions. The quoted price was extremely reasonable. Frank himself was never onsite, but Alfredo and his crew were punctual, neat, personable, and very professional. It was a big job, entire first floor of home, including a new extension with vaulted ceilings. Frank did call to check on progress and our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the results and have no problem giving Frank's Painting our highest recommendation!

Not your typical contractor. nice guy. honest. friendly. no high pressure sales tactics, and every other negative that can be annoying when dealing with contractors. the whole experience was pleasant. the crew was nice and did a very good job. very detailed.

Prompt response when called. Very accommodating in setting up an appointment. Price was very reasonable. Frank repaired a dining room ceiling that had extensive water damage and a crack. Repair made ceiling look as if it was brand new plaster. Removed all wallpaper, sanded and primed walls. Walls were completely smooth and look fantastic! Would highly recommend Frank. A pleasure to do business with.

I first met with Frank whom arrived on-time, explained the scope of work, and provided us with the price. He was very friendly and easy going. He scheduled the job to be completed the following week. Pedro and Marcelo arrived promptly at 8:00. They taped up a plastic barrier to help contain all of the dust. They moved all furniture and covered with plastic. Pedro and Marcelo spent 3 hours prepping/sanding the walls and ceiling. By 4:30 the work was completed and all of the furniture was back in place. I was very happy with the quality of work and would definitely use again.

Very professional - the job took two days and three guys were on the job. We have a hi-ranch so there's no safe way for us to have painted the ceilings and walls in the entrance and living room. They were very neat and we were very satisfied with Frank's Painting from start to finish.

The ceilings came out great. The ceilings are so smooth, it looks like a brand new ceiling. The laundry room came out great. Better than I was expecting, considering it was a mess. It looks like a brand new room and I couldn't be any happier.

Crew was punctual, and CLEANED UP afterwards. They also made sure furniture was covered and other items protected before beginning work.

Job was completed in a timely fashion. House was left in a clean and neat condition upon completion. Frank was very responsive to my questions.

When I saw the work, and care given to the Outside of the House, I called Franks, I spoke with Frank Oliveri, and He was a Delight! Very Professional, came that same evening and gave me a verbal estimate, that night received the written, I accepted, and decieded not to remove wallpaper. The Painters came, did a wonderfulJob, were very professional, mannerable, respectfull, and very neat, and cleaned up everything every nite before leaving. I am very satisfied, and will definately use FRANKS PAINTING again.

I'll be hiring him in the Spring to do the job. He's very professional. He called me back when I called him. He also came for the estimate at the time he told me he would. He's very knowledgeable. I'm always happy when I see professional and courteous estimators.

I never thought our plaster ceilings would ever look good again, I am sure they look better today than they did in 1928 when the house was built. It is truly amazing I didn't think there was any one who would take the time and effort, and has the expertise required to make my house look new again. Thank you so much

It is now Feb 2015 and I am finally able to sit down and write this review. After the job was finished in 12/14 my mom had many medical needs and that took over. All is well now. but I always say, "Better Late Than Never". So here I am with a more than pleased review that is well deserved for Frank's Painting and his very nice/professional crew!

2 painters showed up on time at 8 AM and worked the promised 8 hours. They were courteous and kept at work with music on (of which volume I had to ask to lower a bit). They responded positively when I pointed out a couple of places and fixed them right away. The painting came out well done at the end and I was pleased with their work. I will definitely use Frank's Painting again for other rooms.

The job looks great, we are very happy with the entire experance and plan on using them again.

Very professional. Ceiling is perfect, would recommend them to anyone & would use them again.

Franks's very courteous and pleasant crew spent 3 full days here 8:30 am to 5 pm. They always move furnishings carefully, cover all and lay drop cloths everywhere on floors and carpeting. The 3 man crew worked diligently scraping, sanding and caulking cinder block walls and floors in a storage room, boiler room, laundry room, under staircase storage area, and crawl space area. All rooms were then vacuumed in order to prepare for the primer. The next day DRY LOCK WHITE waterproof cement paint was applied very neatly to every wall in every room. The laundry room vinyl wall covering and any Sheetrock walls were primed and painted and look brand new! The 20 feet of baseboard radiators were primed and then painted with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Paint color of my choice ordered by Frank. The floors were painted with a good quality gray oil paint. Very neat work. We are very pleased with the job! :)
