The work was of CRAFTSMAN quality and the price was reasonable. Very happy.

Service was excellent. Contractor was receptive to contract addendum with performance incentives. Contractor set the date and was on-time. Contractor removed old windows and replaced with new. Fit and finish was nearly perfect. Housekeeping was excellent. I will use again for my next home-improvement project.

My fiancée and I needed tiles installed in our master bedroom and were under a time constraint to get the work done. Victor worked around his already booked schedule to accommodate us and get the job completed quickly. He and his workers showed up on time and even helped with some last minute demo that was being done. We have been having such a hard time findings contractor and would definitely use him again. We are very pleased with the job and even got a quote for the remainder of our basement which will be a project we will be tackling soon.

Victor and his men were prompt and professional. They demolished part of a master bathroom, brought down two walls to knee wall height, and framed the shower stall. They removed the old vanities and toilet, and replaced them as well as installed all plumbing fixtures to the new vanities, installed a new toilet, and added new fixtures to the bathtub, and shower. They removed and installed the vanities and plumbing fixtures to two other smaller bathrooms, as well as removing and installing new toilets to those as well. He finished off the bathroom walls with wood trim to all three bathrooms. All the walls in each bathroom were spackled, and the master bathroom needed sheetrock installed for finishing off the knee walls, as well as for preparing the walls for the shower tile. An extra bedroom also needed spackle work done on it. Victor's work was outstanding and his prices were very reasonable. The initial work cost was $5,250.00, and the additional wall work was $1,850. I had looked at many people before I embarked on this project. I looked at different plumbers, tile men, and other contractors, Victor's numbers made me think the others were there more for themselves, and not for what I needed. One quote was for $30,000, and another, $20,000. So you can see, his price was phenomenal. I believe Victor truly loves his work, and wants his customers to be satisfied. I definitely would hire him again.

Bravo! Victor is a pleasure to deal with and responsive to both phone calls and communicates well with email. Even though our job was relatively small Victor responded promptly and came by and then provided a timely estimate. The cost was very fair and quality of work was excellent. His staff was polite and helpful. I would use Victor again and recommend him highly.

This was by far, the best experience I've had working with a contractor. Victor, the owner, responded immediately to my initial contact, and kept in touch regarding the details of the date and time he would arrive to complete the job. He and his crew of two men arrived at my home precisely when he said he would. They got right to work and were finished in about three hours, including testing all of the connections, testing the dishwasher, and cleaning up all of the debris. I am very pleased with the results and I hope to consult with him again soon regarding more projects on our list!

Victor and his team were very professional and did a good job of setting expectations. Construction began a week earlier than we were first told, which was great. They worked very hard and reshuffled their schedule to take advantage of good weather when there was good weather. I had a good experience with VAP and would use them again.

Victor and his team is great. He picked up the door for me at the store. We have used Victor before so trusted him to work in the house while we were not around and to lock up when he left. He arrived early so we could let him in and still make it to work on time. Installation was done perfectly, neatly and the house was locked up left clean and neat and the old stuff was removed and gone.

Victor and his crew are professional, hard working, very friendly, prompt, honest and detail oriented. He gives you his word on something and he sticks by it. He and the crew begin and complete the job in the given time frame. They arrived at the same time each day and finished at the same time each day, cleaning up all the time. The quality of their work is superior and their attention to detail is extraordinary. It was refreshing to witness workers so disciplined and proud of their work. He did an AMAZING job!!!! He had a partner and the two of them went through my entire list and completed everything within a couple of hours. He made the whole process stress-free and easy! Because he made the process so easy, I have now come up with a NEW list of things to do which he is going to do for me later this week! Unfortunately, I do not personally have anyone handy in my family nearby but NOW I know Vic and he is just a phone call away! I couldn't be more thrilled with the services Vic has provided!

Understanding was given to all situations that caused any sort of setback and communication was always open for any compromises or adjustments needed. We have been run over the coals by more than a few contractors, so we were especially cautious in choosing VAP. Ultimately, Victor is a qualified craftsmen and General Contractor, as well as a man of his word. This caliber of work and integrity is hard to find in the area we live in in regards to contractors. We had to cancel the startup date for our demotion and installation 3 times because the manufacturer was way behind schedule and the designer and sales person did not measure properly, miss ordered several times and committed fraud financially, costing us time and money. Vic caught their mistakes and was extremely cooperative working with our problems despite a busy schedule. When our orders were finally delivered he was right there to help. I don't know what we would have done without Vic and his people. He really knows his business and if he says he will do something, he does it.

Victor was very professional and friendly from the time we first met until the job was completed. His crew worked quickly, and completed the work in a total of 4 days. He answered all our questions before starting the work, and contacted us immediately when he had questions about the work. After the work was completed, we had a minor issue with the thickness of the back splash grouting along the edges, which he addressed right away. Overall, the work was very good. Our only complaint is that some of the edges of the backsplash tile were not cut as straight as we would have liked. We used a discount tile, which he said was a bit harder to work with. But, otherwise, we are very happy with our kitchen! Before starting the process, we looked into several other contractors, and found VAP pricing to be very competitive considering all that they agreed to do. We really recommend looking into VAP for your kitchen renovation, and will definitely use them in the future!

I purchased coupon, contractor arrived to inspect job site but offered me full remodeling of bathroom shower instead fixing leaking I had in the wall. My expectations and budget was to resolve one problem not to remodel entire shower. Maybe this was too small job for this contractor as he stated that he can't fix this issue.
