Description of Work: Based on my experience, I would never call this company again for any type of work again. They have offices in Erie, PA and other NY & PA locations - so beware. I decided to upgrade my fine working toilet to the high pressure flush model in my nice rental house. The company's estimate for the toilet and job was $500. I asked for a plumber and was led to believe I got one BUT - I got a call from a "techician" telling me that he had finished the job and the cost is now $990 because he decided on his own to replace a few toilet parts, without ever asking me - I would have sent a neighbor over to check into the need to replace parts under the toilet. Whatever he did do, he did not install the toilet correctly. Weekly vacation renter came in and each time they flushed the new toilet more water would leak out and toilet would move around while using it! After several days of increased water in the bathroom, they called me to complain that they could not use it anymore, a toilet was basic and were leaving early. Called company and they supposedly fixed it. I had to ask that a real plumber be sent to verify this time that the technician had done it correctly. I lost rental income due to TJ's incompetence in the simplist of jobs- replaceing a functioning toilet with another one. They fabricated tales of what happened and each time I called for a partial refund to cover my financial damages, they balked. I read later on another review site that they have ripped off the elderly and absentee landlords before me. To top off the shoddy workmanship, the technician left my full credit card number on a table in the house. It was seen by renters and I had to cancel my card and get a new one. If I knew last month what I know now I would stay as far away from TJ's as possible. You won't even get a plumber or a competent technician to do your job. Keep looking anyone would be better than this group of opportunists taking honest people for a ride.
